Worst Starbucks ever. Only reason for 3 stars is because of the lack of taxes, which is not their accomplishment, so Im being generous. Barristas do not know how to make espresso drinks properly, and when you tell them that the drink wasnt too great because this or that had been done to it, and suggest they do it that way instead, they actually have the nerves to argue with you. Wifi is a hit or miss, cannot redeem points, no bathrooms, usually dirty, I can do this all day...

Over priced coffee nummie goodness!! The apple fritter and banana bread should have warning lables for being addictive. The petite barista is sweet and very professional we will be back often. ~UPDATE~ After 10 years of getting the same drink, I have been informed that I was not being charged correctly and the price went up drastically!! Sounds like this place has found a new way of screwing over the customer BIG time. UGH.

They are in line with Starbucks and Ive never recieved a bad coffee. That said it seems they are regularly training new personnel, this can lead to confusion and mix up of orders, especially if your ordering multiple drinks. You may use your Starbucks card here, but not your rewards. So Ill just be saving those up!

Its a Starbucks... But its not a Starbucks. Anyone acclimated to the customer service you get from your local Starbucks barista would be disappointed. But if youre coming for the caffeine refueling; its still a Starbucks and will at least fix that issue.

Even though its clean and the baristas are friendly. On multiple occasions my drinks were made wrong. They tasted like watered down milk and coffee when I ordered strong coffee drinks. I recommend going off post if you have the time.

Friendly 98% of the time, but do not go here if you are in a rush. Somehow the service slows down when it is not busy. I should not have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee with only 1 person in front of me.
