I went here once with the family, and it wasnt that great. Then I went here again with the family, and it was probably worse. My parents told me that it was better because the price was better. Not that theyre into cheap buffet food, but the thinking is that if the food is cheaper, youd be less likely to pig out and therefore would eat a healthy non-American amount of food. Therefore, youd be more likely to come and eat again and again because you wouldnt be sick of the food. Well, I ate a seemingly decent amount of food, and I still dont want to come back. In fact, I hope that I never have to go here again. I hope that I dont have to go here under its current name/establishment. I hope that I wont have to go to the new restaurant that will eventually replace this one. I think this store-front location is haunted or something, because nothing has really come from this place. I mean, for one the food is pretty bad. The decor is nice, but I honestly dont think that it will compensate for the food. The service could be better. Not once did they refill our glasses of water. There were some flies hanging around the food. The selection is whatever. The price is WTF, and the food is bad. Did I mention that the food is awful?

If quantity is your best measure: this is clearly 5 stars. The have sushi, your standard chinese dishes (general tsos, fried rice, etc), american dishes (fried chicken, pizza, fries) and a lot of desserts. This is a good place to bring a team of hungry developers at lunch, but maybe not the best high quality date night. Tip: at the buffet, right hand side, they have a bunch of raw vegetables and meats. Fill up your plate and drop it off at the cook on your right. Theyll fry it up for you right away. This is the saving grace as far a quality goes. If you could give a 0.5 star, Id upgrade to 3.5.

Party of nine went to Hokkaido around 11:15 am on New Year Day of 2016. Most food on steam trays was only warm and they definitely look like leftovers from previous day, and tasteless. The woman behind food trays were rude and slippery, advising me the food will become hot soon. Id like to point out that, it seems to me, most of food were not freshly cooked on the day. This is a restaurant that any health conscientious customers should avoid. Id like to suggest that the County Health Department should pay them a serious inspection.

There is variety here. However, the food is cold and they do not put out fresh food throughout the evening. I thought Id get around this by trying the hibachi. As I walked back to my table I felt something crawling on me & discovered it was a roach. I notified the hostess who offered a 20% discount. She told me she knew there wasnt a roach problem because they were being inspected weekly & I needed to provide a picture to prove. Just dont eat there! !!! Beware

Не плохой буфет, большой выбор блюд. Обслуживание, правда, не очень. За все время пока сидели там, никто тарелки грязные со стола так и не забрал. И счета так и не дождались, на выходе оплатили.

Resonable spot for lunch 10$, dinner not that great for $18. mango salad, kim chi, baby bokchoy, black fungus salad, dim sum bar, pork AND beef tripe soup, teppayaki/mongolian bbq bar, steamed pork buns, sashimi, stir fried egg plant, steamed crabs and stir fried beef in satay sauce were all decent. i couldnt give 4 stars cause the stir fried green beans, hot/sour soup, pork nuckles in black bean sauce and chicken feet were no good.

Me and my husband got food poisoning here. We came to Hokkaido Seafood Buffet for the first time 2 days ago. The food was ok. We suspect the clams were contagious or bad, because we both ate it and got very ill. We both had to take a sick day. But my husband got even worse food poisoning than I did. We are very disappointed. Although the service and the place were very good and clean, but I wouldnt trust the seashell products there.

We had eaten there often. While eating there one night I found a hair in my coconut shrimp. I let the waitress know and she said she would inform the manager. No one ever came to our table to even say SORRY!!! I wrote several emails to the company first on 8/29/13 and have never heard a word back from them. Not looking for a hand out but an IM SORRY would have been nice or at least acknowledge the email. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICe!!!!!

For the price, this buffet is pretty good. The food was hot and there were many options. The sushi was nice and my friends really enjoyed the Crawfish and crab. Theres a dim sum section which really impressed me, the spare ribs were really tasty and the seasme balls were amazing. The service couldve been a bit more attentative, but overall I think I would eat here again!

The worst buffet u can visit $18 without drink. And they keep increasing price Half empt buffet and food is cold and when u speak to manager he tells you that they are prepping the food and food never comes out. Rude management, chefs and waiters. U better get yourself subway sandwich that will fill u and u still save $10 in your pockets and not to screw your night.

Bad food, bad service they charged me for my 2.5 year because he ate one piece of fries the waitress was rude and pulled the plate from infront of my wife. The manager was even worse. Sushu was cold. Shrimp was overcooked. Steak was tough and chewy. Didnt have a decent sea food soup. Overall worse experience ever.

Seafood lovers, they have stuff we can eat! Nice, clean atmosphere, sashimi and sushi, fried blue crab in black bean garlic sauce, salt and pepper shrimp, miso soups etc salads.. The only downside for me is that they done have enough leafy, green vegetables. As I come to think of it they dont have any

The fries were good. Did I mention the fries were good? Everything tastes like cardboard, or flavored mush. Stay away from this place like the plague. I was about to call the police because the kitchen workers looked so depressed, I thought they were being held against their will. No joke!

The customer service over there is ZERO, it use to be ok but now, its really getting bad. Also the food is changed, they dont have as fresh food as it use to be. The sushi Bar over there should really call Mushy Bar. I loved eating there but not anymore. My todays experience. Regards

This place is amazing, just for the fact that I can eat 30 pieces of Spicy Tuna sushi and my fill of lo mein noodles. Its a more upscale Asian Buffet than what Ive visit before. Its clean, and the servers are pretty quick to refill your drinks. I like it best for lunch. Recommended!
