This place has poor-tasting Chinese food and extremely horrible delivery service. If I could have given this place zero stars, I would have. They said the delivery would take an hour. I called after an hour and fifteen minutes and they said it was on its way. Another thirty minutes passed, I called again and they still said it was on the way. After two hours, my food was finally delivered. I was extremely upset at this point and on top of the delivery wait, I then noticed that a piece of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and asked how long it would take for the rest of my order to come and they said as soon as possible. After another 40 minutes, the rest of my order still had not arrived. I called the restaurant and cancelled the rest of my order because it had been 3 hours since I had placed the order. They did not even apologize or feel sorry for having messed up my order or delivering my food at a doubled wait time. Had the food been good after the wait time, I would not have been upset but the food was unappetizing and the chicken tasted rubbery and flavorless. I am never ordering from this place again. I would not recommend this place at all.

I have no idea why these reviews are good. Perhaps these people have never had half-decent Chinese take-out before. First of all, I have no problem with the delivery service and methods. It was very convenient. If only the food being delivered didnt contain vegetables that were in rudimentary molding stages. One thing that I always base my opinion of Chinese take-out on is the quality and consistency of the poultry. The poultry here was the most gelatinous thing Ive put in my mouth since I last ate Jello. The overall presentation of the meal felt particularly fake. The egg rolls were pretty bare. The fried won-ton appetizer was stale upon arrival. The only thing they didnt screw up was the soup and the Mei Fun.

I recently moved to Lancaster and was looking for a good Chinese place that delivered since Im sick. After reading through the reviews, I decided on Good Taste. There werent complaints, and they have online ordering and decent prices. I placed my order with relative ease. It arrived 40 minutes later, just as the site indicated. They followed my directions perfectly when it came to a special substitution and delivery. The food was delicious and my delivery driver was very nice. I will definitely be ordering from Good Taste again.

For a fast-food style Chinese restaurant, this is definitely one of the better ones. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. If you call them to order, the guy answers with "what you want?" in an awesome Chinese accent. But seriously, they are usually pretty quick, except when they are real busy. The fact that they are real busy around normal meal hours should indicate how many people like their food.

This is my main Chinese place i live litterly 3-4 blocks away the service is not good but that place is usually always packed and they have a delivery man but hes bot all that fast anyways the food is amazing no doubt about that rates 8/10 this place is actually not all that bad (; good job oh and not to mention they get alot of phone calls so....

I order from here pretty often. They are a fast delivery and I like there food. They are assholes though when you dont tip them. They just take the money count it and make a sound pshhh. I find that very rude and I wont be ordering from them much longer if it continues

The food here is sub par, probably the worst in town. Not saying much considering Lancaster has horrible Chinese food. One dish i recommend is the egg fu young. Simple ingredients and they actually have a good brown gravy.

Hands down best chinese food in town. Food is consitently hot and delicious every time. Delivery man is always pleasant and fast. Dont listen to the other reviews, who doesnt tip for delivery anyway? Shame on you!

Their food isnt great when you order the last few minutes before they close but other than that, theyre good. You can even order online and via a mobile app provided by beyond menu Inc.
