Normally, I would have a great experience coming to this Cold Stone due to its great customer service and quick pace. However, today was a different story. I picked up two birthday cakes. $125 worth of cake and ice cream as I always do monthly for my job. One of the boxes to the cake was torn on the bottom, as if someone got hungry and took a bite it off it. None of the two employees present even offered to replace the box, which could potentially make the cake fall. Instead, they want to depend on tape to patch up the torn box. The tape kept coming off as they were attempting to secure the box close. Also, there were no offers to take my cakes to the car or even to hold the door open for me, as I would normally receive when I order cake from here. I was pissed. If it wasnt for the fact that I have to come to this specific Cold Stone monthly for my job, I would never come back again.

Great ice cream, and good choices. It was packed. We stayed for about 1.5 hours and talked and hung out. It was packed the whole time. A little pricey for ice cream, but finally definitely delicious. Parking can be troublesome.

Excellent! Friendly staff made me feel welcome. Place was pretty clean for an ice cream shop. Usually, you come in and the floor is sticky, tables are a mess. Not here!
