A less than wonderful experience at this Baskin Robbins. This is the closest ice cream shop to our house. Each time we go in they somehow mess up the order. We usually go late on a weekday so there arent crowds. I guess it isnt important to get orders correct. Last night was in there on 31 day which we expected to be busy. They were out of several of the ice creams and didnt have any waffle or sugar cones. Seems like whoever does the ordering needs to work on making sure supplies are adequate on days that there are special promotions. Stood in line to pay and ate my entire ice cream by the time we got to the counter. We have had more bad experiences than good so we will take our business elsewhere in future.

Ive been here four times in the past several months and this business has always disappointed me. Every time Ive come here in the past several months and ordered ice cream they have never had the menu item Ive wanted. Twice when asked what my second choice would be, they havent had that item either. This seems to be an ongoing thing. Even though this Baskin-Robbins is close to where I live, I think I would rather travel to the Dairy Queen farther away because I very rarely have a problem with them not having the menu item I want to order.

Usually they are out of every kind of ice cream OR they get the order wrong if we go through the drive thru. Very sad...
