Drove 20 minutes to this location (for the 3rd time) and arrived at 9:20 this time (because every single time I come here, they make up a story to close early). There was a sign on the door saying they were closing at 9:30 "due to freezers"??? Despite it being 9:20, the doors were still locked with 2 young girls inside joking around - seriously Baskin Robbins - maybe you should get better employees. Btw - I used to work at BR and I know every excuse they use to close early -- seriously??? Every single night just to avoid customers? Come on management...

Good place to get ice cream. Staff is very friendly and upbeat. Place is very delightful and great for family. Price is a bit on a higher side but can you put a price on great customer service and experience.
