Ive been here four times now. Its been good each time. The service is usually pretty good. My only complaint is that the wing flavors pale in comparison to Buffalo Wild Wings. The ghost pepper and mango habanero flavors at Quaker Steak would be 110% better as sauces rather than dry rubs. The problem with dry rubs, especially at this location, is that theres hardly any seasoning on the wing, which results in a fairly bland piece of chicken. At Buffalo Wild Wings, mango habanero is a sauce. Its unfortunate that its not at Quaker Steak. I guess my favorite flavors are the Boom Boom, Haute Parm and Arizona Ranch. Jalapeno Honey is pretty good... I still need to try the Super Charged flavor. The cajun flavor is super underwhelming. Its best to go on Tuesdays, when they feature the all you can eat wings. But again, I feel like the wing flavors pale in comparison to B-Dubs.

If your looking for amazing restaurant fried chicken, Ive found it for you. Have ate here several times, but our last visit 2 nights ago was probably our best visit yet. My girlfriend got one of her regular favorites and it was good as always. And I got the new honey stung fried chicken, and it could be the best fried chicken Ive ever had. Please keep this on the menu, it was so good. Service was amazing from our very sweet server Anna (I believe was her name), manager came around kindly checking on things, great trip. Most of the menu is pricey, but it is worth it.

I had lunch at QSL and was very disappointed. I ordered a half rack of ribs with original sauce and they seemed off. First, when I received them they were not hot. The top was warm, but the inner meat was not. I got them to go and later that day (about an hour later) heated them thinking they didnt taste good because they were cold. The heat did not help; they were still not good and I think something about them was off. Ive had a lot of ribs and none have ever tasted like this. I threw them in the trash and I hope I dont get sick. $15 down the drain :(

This was my 2nd trip to Quaker steak this time was with the whole family the food is fantastic and so is the atmosphere all of the staff are friendly we have got the loaded lube chips both visits they are out of this world the amount of pork you get on this app is unreal you would not get this anywhere else. The portion sizes for the meals you get are well worth the cost I have not been able to finish them. A family of four on a Sunday with a app can eat for around 45-50 dollars and have left overs which is awesome. This is a place you must go visit.

Food is spectacular. The variety of options is amazing. This would totally be a 5 star place if it wasnt for the service. Servers seem to have no experience in the fast food industry. They carry their phones around with them paying more attention to the phone or other servers instead of waiting on the customer. I filed a complaint on one of the surveys and a manager called me. Got a free meal out of it. The same horrible waitress works there but the food is just to good.

While this is normally one of my favorite spots, tonite was more than a little disappointing. Server has only been here 2 weeks and needed more training. My medium rare burger was well done and only 1 Patty when it was described on the menu as 2 patties. I upgraded to o-rings ($1.79 more than fries) and got a whopping 5 rings. The table next to us didnt have a kind word for their experience either. Too bad. May be a while before I make the trek back to Bristol for this place.

Very good Lube burger; mushrooms, cheese, sauce combo was very tasty. My wife loved her braised beef street tacos and my daughter liked her pasta marinara. Excellent onion ring app! Very nicely done. The baked beans were drowned in sauce though. Not too appetizing. Good place. Live music going on while we were there, rock n roll!. We will be back...

I like the food and the drinks but our server that night only checked on us maybe one time. It was not busy we were one table out of maybe 4 with 1 large party near us and a full bar We saw our server the whole time standing around and talking to other servers in a group in plain view and we got the feeling that they did not care about us.

Good food, prompt friendly service and a great beer on tap selection for the price. 3rd business trip to Bristol and my 3rd visit. Always lively with tons of televisions for sports viewing. Live music on the porch 2 visits. Definitely worth a look and dont miss getting a pic of the VA/TN state line sign while down on State Street!

Cannot fathom the higher reviews here; best thing about it is the cars hanging from the ceiling inside this sports bar/restaurant; huge portions of fatty fried foods; napkins and trash blowing around the outdoor patio area where I was with my family; very slow service - would never recommend or come back.

This location generally has decent food. Beware they like to add extra charges if you get additional blue cheese or ranch dressing without telling you. The restaurant does have management issues. Too many young employees standing around on their cell phones not waiting on the customers

Ribs are always awesome, Ive been at least 20 times and always get the ribs. They have the best in town! My fiancé loves all of their burgers. Cant go wrong with this restaurant. They stay busy, specially on wing nights and the weekends so you can expect a wait, but its well worth it!

The food is good but not what I exactly ordered. Expect to wait at least an hour if you are going on a Friday or Saturday night. It is so loud in the restaurant my order is never the way I request it....

Very friendly place just if you sit out side dont plan on being anywhere fast. Theres usually only one waiter ive seen out there so it takes a min for the orders and redills. But nice people!

Food was good, not great. Drinks are a little pricey for the quality but avg for a sports bar. Live music is a bonus. Lack of parking may be an issue. Friendly staff, but a bit chaotic.
