Worst restaurant experience EVER!!!! Went on Mothers Day during a softball tournament, so we had about 20 people with us. We were the first people in the restaurant once they opened. They advertised that Mothers eat free and then you find out its from a VERY small selection from the menu. Ok. No prob. So I order the Rigatoni Bake and my husband orders the boneless wings. He also order potato skins. What they brought were potatoes with diced tomatoes, covered by cheese. Um, thats NOT a potato skin. Potato Skins have bacon topped with cheddar and garnished with scallions. I dont know what theyre serving! Their boneless wings are literally chunks of chicken breast lightly breaded and definitely not prepared the way boneless wings should be prepared. Now for the "Rigatoni Bake" - she brought me Spaghetti. When I pointed it out "Thats spaghetti" she replied, "They call it Rigatoni Bake." Really? Because rigatoni and spaghetti are no where near being the same type of noodle. Well, I didnt want spaghetti, hence the fact that it too was an option on the Mothers Day menu and I didnt order it. So she brings me a menu so I can choose something else. I decide on the Prime Rib Hoagie but want to make sure they have au jus. She tells me that they do not have au jus. Wait, what? You mean to tell me that you have Prime Rib on your menu but you dont have au jus? How is that possible? She tried explaining that she felt the same way and couldnt understand it, but they didnt. So I just picked something off of the appetizer menu because I was tired of looking. So while Im talking to another mom from our team who had to send her daughters burger back because there was plastic ON the burger, I tell about our experience and she stops me at the au jus part and literally brings over the au jus that came with her Prime Rib. Are you kidding me? So not only do they put together a menu that they completely werent even close to being prepared for, but our server clearly doesnt know what they hell shes doing. Then after all that she had the nerve to charge us for the skins and the appetizer I order. I dont know how long shes worked in the hospitality business, but when youre taking plates from a table and the food has barely been touched, theres your sign!!! Thats your cue as a server to make sure everything was okay and make your attempt to remedy the situation. With the different issues that our party experienced, the manager shouldve been over to our group asking EVERYONE how the food and service were as. Did not happen. So all in all, this place was a COMPLETE FAIL all the way around. The food, the server, the management. We will never be eating there again!

They wife and decided to go out in the local community on a Friday for a fish fry dinner, after all, how could anyone screw that up!? Well, let me tell you.... We chose to try Aces Bar and Grill because its right down the street and always packed on weekends so we figured, they must have something going for them. Let me tell you, its not their fish fry. I have no idea how good their other food choices are but this was a bust. First, it was $16, higher than most but we figured hey lets give it a shot as we already ordered drinks. Dinner came with fish, coleslaw, fries (or chips if you prefer) and hush puppies. OK, heres my analysis; Fish (purportedly perch) was non existent in the batter it was deep fried in. The tartar sauce (which I never use because I like to taste the fish sucked) but it was the only way to add any flavor to the deep fried "batter." Coleslaw was the only redeeming part of the meal. Fries were ok, but I am not a French fry kind of guy, would have preferred rice pilaf. The hush puppies are a whole story within themselves; I could have taken one of these things and knocked somebody out by hitting them in the forehead with one. If you want to enjoy a fish fry in North Ridgeville, I would suggest going elsewhere as Im still trying to digest the meal 3 hours after the fact. And I had the pleasure of said experience for a total bill of $50.00 (which of course included two drafts). Never again and should have held to my opinion of bar food is bar food. I dont know what draws the crowd there but its not their fish, probably their backdoor gambling facility.

Service was ok. It took forever to get our orders in. They set 5 people at a table for 4. We had a toddler, she still takes up space at the table so it was tight. They brought some food but no utensils then took a long time to get them. Our appetizers and dinner came out all at once and it was not good. Pizza and fries are delicious. But my boneless wings "sauce" was terrible it wad supposed to be garlic parmesean. It was oil/butter with some powdered parm sprinkled on them. It was not a "sauce" at all. The fried provolone wheel was good, but expensive for what it was. The "fried" parmesean broccoli and cauliflower was terribly bland and not good. It was not crowded and the service was terribly slow. Their pizza delicious (pick up only) but I wouldnt waste my time there anymore. Very disappointing bc it used to be one of my favorite places.

The service was awful. There were 8 of us. We will never go back. We could not even get our drinks ordered. A group of more than 8 came in at least 15 minutes after us and got waited on. I turned around to tell the very rude waitress that we should have been waited on first. She couldnt have cared less. We waited 33 minutes for our food. Which was cold. Drinks were few and far between. We will never return. We went to the bar to order our drinks ms ourselves. One of our party had wine. In a cracked glass and it cut his lip. We told the waitress and she laughed. We then asked for the manager. He gave the guy in our party a 25.00 food chip. We all should have complained. Awful foid, awful service. Again. We wont return.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The manager had nothing to say at the fact 10 people didnt get their food. Accused us of lying and did NOTHING to right their wrong. Manager tried to blame the waitress but in the end did NOTHING to get us food but say "sorry." We waited two hours to find out our ticket was lost. THEN took 20 more minutes for the groups that did get food to get their checks, that were wrong. I could say many bad things about this experience today and it is a shame because our team has been loyal customers throughout the years playing at the fields across the street. Sad to say we will never be returning because it was that bad.,

the pizza was the best I tasted, beers were ice cold.....BUT THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL, WE WERE NEVER GREETED BY ANYONE, WE HAD TO GO TO THE BAR TO ORDER OR FOOD AND DRINKS, GAVE US OUR PLATES AND SPOON, WHEN TIME CAME AROUND TO GET ANOTHER BEER HAD TO GO AGIN TO THE BAR, PIZZA CAME SAT IT ON THE TABLE NOT ONE WORD. THE WAITRESS ATTENDED EVERYONES TABLE BUT OURS, HAD TO GO BACK TO THE BAR TO ASK FOR A TO GO BOX AND A TICKET.ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A TEAM OF MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE SITUATION, HE SIMPLY SMILED AND WHEN I WALKED AWAY HIM AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS JUST LAUGHING.. SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!!!! I AM A REGIONAL MANAGER OF A RESTAURANT AND NEVER WOULD ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.
