This place lacks customer service!!! The owners obviously only care in the dollar, provide absolutely no training to their staff. I went in at lunch time, only 2 other customers in the dinning room. I ordered a meal that comes with 2 starches (as most of their meals do), I requested that the potatoes be substituted with a salad (which by the way other Bolivian restaurants will do, ie.: Llajtamanta on Rt. 50, Falls Church), the waitress asked the owner and he refused to make the substitution, and charged $5.00 extra for a salad the size of the palm of my hand. Bolivian food is great, however, consumers are trying to eat healthy and requesting such a simple substitution is not asking alot.

PAN AMERICANA MADE MY SONs BIRTHDAY PICTURE LOOK STUPID... DONT TRUST THEM.. READ BELOW I placed an order for a cake well a week in advance, my son wanted a football theme and thats exactly what the receipt says. The cake was a little bit late and they decored the top the way they are supposed to but the plastic toys that go on top were baseball players. I tried to check the cake to see if evething was fine and Linda told me "trust me, everything is O.K", now I see why she tried to steer me away from looking into the plastic toys. I will not buy from them again!

This Place is really nice, authentic Bolivian food and delicious desserts, empanadas and the best salteñas in this area, I defenetly recommend this place if they were to improve the service, because now it is lacking , there is a waitress whos name is difficult to catch because she talks too fast, her name sounds like is Chasinia, she is the worst waitress I have encountered because of her attitude with all customers and other waitresses, she thinks shes above everyone, and she is defenetly affecting this establishment, hope the owners are taking actions.

I enjoy coming here for the saltenas. They arent the best Bolivian restaurant Ive ever been to, but they are good. Some members of the staff could use a little better customer service skills, but most of the times I go in and take my food to-go. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and most every time youll find a soccer game playing on the TV.

Hands down, best Salteñas in the DMV. Both, the beef and chicken are AMAZING so you can never go wrong, literally. I cannot comment about the other food they sell since I only go for Salteñas; but if I ever venture off, I will be sure to let you guys know.

I have lunch there almost every single day of de week, service is off the hook I love the waitresses in special NORMA, I LOVE THE GIRL....ohhh and happy hour is perfect after long day of work $ 2.50 per import beers

Aside from the food being average they try to rip you off by adding very small to the receipt a 15% tip. But then when you get the final bill they ask for an extra tip?? Scammers! Avoid at all costs!

Grilled tacos were mostly good but the steak was a bit dry. The refried beans and rice that came with it were pretty bland. The chicken saltena was probably the best part of my meal.

The food is not fresh, authentic Bolivian food and it took them an hour to prepare the food. My husband ate their picante mixto and got food poisoning. I will never go back.

Amazingly cheap and delicious food out of this nondescript looking bakery. Be sure to order the saltenas to go. They also have really great chicharones as a weekend special
