Not a good location. This particular Panera has gotten our takeout order incorrectly twice in a row now. Most recently, I was only given half a sandwich when Id ordered a whole. I drove all the way back and, while they were apologetic and replaced it, I found the replacement was carelessly "thrown" together, which was the final straw that prompted this review. Staff seemed overall undisciplined...flirting with and spanking each other in plain sight while I waited for my replacement. To that end, I guess its kind of obvious why so many mistakes are made...

I still dont get whats the fuss with this place, food is expensive and the taste is OK. I went to this place once and I order the lobster sandwich which is around 18 dollars (including tax), I wasnt expecting a huge sandwich but at least I wanted to see quality ingredients because of the price I was paying, what did I get? A COLD little lobster tail that taste OK in a SMALL piece of bread with a small piece of lettuce...... Really? Is that what people call "quality" food?

I have been here multiple times and everyone is always very kind and respectful. Tonight everyone was great except the young Hispanic male who was serving the food. He made the sandwich so sloppy and when I said something about he responded ""WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!" Those where is exact words. Everyone entitled to have a bad day. But that is no way to speak to a customer.

Ive Never Seen that many fruit flies in a bathroom, among other things; Matter of fact, Ive never seen fruit flies in a bathroom before coming here. The food tastes good, but if you really want the low-down on an eating establishment, scope the bathroom.
