BADDDDDDDDDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I talked to the manager and she gave me an attitude, Gaby was her name. I asked her for further information and she looked at me and walked away leaving me speaking to myself. Other than that she yelled at three of her employees in front of customers. That was not necessary. I would like to have a talk with the owner of Chesapeake bagel Bakery asap. I go there every morning with my kids and it has been my #1 to go place in the mornings before work and Now im headed to Elevation burger for my food and Starbucks for my coffee.

Everyone who works at this location is very courteous and works very hard from what I can see. The prices are really good and this place for the quality you receive. Good location, right across from where I work. I also had to try their toasted sesame-seed bagel and it was great. Will be coming back here again for sure

They have a good variety of bagels and cream cheese, and I like to support local companies, but after going there a few times I dont plan to go back. Their staff has consistanly been rude and unhelpful, and you get the feeling theyre talking about you in another language, right in front of you.

Bagels are a bit dense. Not a pleasant crusty chewy dense, more of a uniform bad--bread-machine dense. Avocado is some kind of supermarket guac-a-paste, not too tasty. Have had better bagels at Panera, which is sad for a "bagel bakery".

Ive been going to this place for at least 4 years and I have to say its a good bagel place. Love the veggie and plain cream cheese, however, they really need to fix that arcade machine, because its broken - down, but besides that 5 stars

No better than their Virginia Beach location. Weird density and aftertaste, and microwaved sandwiches with lackluster ingredients. OK if you must have a bagel immediately, I guess.
