It was the final vacation day of the new year. I needed my final fat boy kick off before hopping into a healthier 2016. I rarely eat burgers, so I figured there was no better time than now to clog my arteries. The wife and I headed to Five Guys for a mouth full of meat and Cajun seasoned fries. Five Guys is a walk up restaurant. A step up from drive through, but not quite table service level. I picked my grilled onions and mushrooms, bacon, mayo and everything else that I shouldnt be eating. We sat, and cracked their shelled peanuts as an appetizer. They called our number, and we took our burgers home and enjoyed them as we watched pirated movies. It was a good start to the new year that resulted in a tummy ache from overconsumption. My own fault. Five Guys is delicious. As far as chains go, this ranks pretty high on my list.

I have always loved Five Guys, and this visit didnt change my mind! The atmosphere is always fun and upbeat. If you are looking for a really fast hamburger, this may not be the place for you, but if you are looking for a cooked to order, tasty hamburger, then this is definitely the right place! If you love fries, these put other places to shame!!! Just be careful about the size you order. If you are alone, dont order the large, unless you want to have more for later. . . The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they accidentally put tomatoes on my wifes burger, otherwise it was perfect!!

The food was great and was done quickly. It was a little more pricey than I like. Me, my husband, and my daughter ate there and it was about $35 and that was with all of us sharing fries and my daughter and I sharing a drink. I definitely could have gotten more for my money elsewhere. The food was good though and I would eat there again, just maybe when it is just me and the hubby though.

What can I say, I love hamburgers, and they put whatever you want on them. I love them with Jalapenos and hot sauce. Quality ingredients. They play great rock music for 50 somethings (classic rock). Always very clean. Lots of tables. They have free (in the shell) peanuts you can enjoy while they make your burger. This review applies to every 5 Guys Ive been to.

The burgers are great, but the fries suck. Nobody wants a soggy, floppy fry. When I ask them to cook them longer, but they said to dump it out of the container and into the bag. Ive tried that, but it doesnt work. If its undercooked its not going to crisp up. This has happened every time I come to this location.

Friendly service, fast cooks, accurate order execution, and very clean environment. The employees make sure to greet you kindly and make sure your food is cooked to perfection. I felt welcome and even in their rush received my food within 10-12 minutes. Would strongly recommend to a friend.

I honestly think this is my favorite restaurant. I love the vibe you get when you walk in it just makes me feel happy. Dont get me started on their fries, oh my oh my are those Cajun fries the best. Five Guys has delicious food. Dont recommend it for those with a peanut allergy.

Friendly, quick service and a great burger. The atmosphere is relaxed and you get all the free peanuts you can eat. Also, when you order some fries, they definitely make sure you have enough to share. Ive never spoke with anyone who didnt like Five Guys, definitely worth it.

I keep trying to give these guys a chance, but I just dont like their burgers. The brown bag that they put your food in is covered in grease spots before you even start to eat. They do give you a lot of fries and the fry sauce is good. I prefer Freddys down the road.

I know this is not concerning the food, but the bathroom situation was irritating enough for me to only give them three stars. I had to get a grimy key from the staff and the bathroom was cold enough that I could see my breath. Great food. A bit pricey.

Never a bad burger. Small fry serves 2. Clean joint. Great attitude. Dont come here expecting a server to hand feed you. Its a brown bag full of fresh hot goodness, do you really care about the wrapper if the contents are this good?

DC institution comes to SLC, raised the bar for burgers in Utah. Softball sized burgers, great fries, peanuts. Limited menu but lots of burger toppings for variety. This location does a good job of moving the crowds through.

Yes, its better than In n Out. Yes, theyre both as fresh as you could want, but Five Guys has more toppings! And fry sauce for the incredible fries. I dont eat much beef, but when I do, its these guys that I want.

Burgers done the way I want, and fantastic fries. Theres an app for ordering ahead online. When I order on my phone on the way home, I can usually just walk in and pick it up. Their time estimates are pretty good.

Pretty good burger if you dont mind the grease. Lots of topping options. The fries are cooked in peanut oil and theyre really good. Dont waste your time on the seasoned fries. Regular are better.

Big Burgers, might be considered a little more pricey, but for what youre getting Id highly recommend. The ability to pick and choose exactly what you want makes it that much better!

Fries were average. Locally ABs is better on fries but same style. Burgers were okay. Cheese clearly is processed by the taste of it. Expensive for the quality.
