First visit. Service was friendly. Good selection. Little menu placards on the counter makes it easier to see the sandwiches. Ordering was fast and easy. Be sure to sign up for rewards (app) before checking out. They will need your phone number. Sandwiches are medium and large. Medium looks about right, the big ones are a really good portion. Had the meatball and it was great. Son had the brisket and enjoyed it. Steamer for my wife and she really loved it. Drinks are varied compliments of the multi faceted Coke machine. Fresh lemons and limes are available. Couple types of brewed tea. Gatorade and juices are in a cooler. We will be back! Only complaint? Straws are small and thin.

This was the worst sub and experience I ever had. I work at the hospital nearby and was really craving a sub. My co workers were saying how good this place was. Me and another co worker ordered subs and I picked them up. They were so soggy and wet the paper was wet and the table I sat my sub on was wet. My sub didnt have anything I ordered on it. I tried calling them back and they were closed. I called the next day and Josh the so called manager was so rude. He wouldt do anything he said he cant help me unless I have my receipt and sub. I told him this was last night and I dont have the sub but I do have my receipt. He told me to take the survey. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I will make this quick and simple...... Nobody working had smiled, when I got my sandwich it looked like they use half a tub of mayo and it was too messy to eat, I had to scrape it off so I could have a chance to taste the barely any meat or cheese on there, not only that but it seemed smashed. Now I know for a fact that I had not done anything to deserve that bs service! I was very polite from the Time I walked in to the time I left which will be the last time that happens. Very disappointed. Ive had firehouse subs before but I would rather stick to Subway after this.

The location on Thunderbird has the worst customer service ever. They are unable to get an order correct at all. I order 3 subs 1 large engineer 1 medium Italian and 1 med hook and ladder with 2 brownies and a bag of chips did not get the chips my engineer cam as a medium the Italian was order with no onions and no mustard it came with both and all 3 sandwiches were mis-labeled. I will not be going back to this location ever

The employees were a little rude to me. Miciah, one of the guys there seemed to be judging me every second that he was taking my order. Made me a tad uncomfortable and my mostly mayo sandwich was a little gross especially for the 10 bucks i paid. Ill probably take my business to jimmy johns next time *and upon further inspection i see that im not the only one that had an issue with this subshop where no one smiles.

Although the man behind the counter was super friendly to everyone, he shoved food in his mouth with gloves on, two feet from my sandwich, and then stepped up and started finishing my sandwich, all the while, chatting and laughing with food in his mouth, over my sandwich, with mouth gloves on. This is my least favorite Firehouse Subs location by far. Servsafe people.

I never had to go my sandwich before but due to the excessive amount of Italian dressing on my sandwich I had no other choice. The only thing that I got from my experience at Firehouse Sub was to take care of my teeth because I never want to eat food that I have to come when I am older. Very expensive and not worth $11 for a sandwich to drink and Chip combo.

My bread is always soggy. Sandwich is always messy. And the customer service is bad. They gave me an attitude when i came back bc they made my sandwich wrong. I wont be going to this location ever again. This place is down the street from me but id rather go to a different place with better service. That was the last chance .

This is imo the best Firehouse I have been to a few in the valley and I would have to say this one has the best atmosphere.. The staff is always in a good mood and friendly and the food is unlike any other.. Highly recommend! Try the club on a sub its my personal favorite.

This one guy was so rude at first he gave me sass then he said it sould be soggy when we got hime cause i took it back because you can squeeze the bread it dripped water. Gross. And then he said he would remake it and while i was waiting he was still talking trash.

Really great food with great deals. Employees are really sullen though. No smiles, and every monotone voice. Id go back for food but I wont eat in. I was really sad when I noticed how miserable everyone working there seemed.

Today when we went to fire house subs we bought a homeless man a sub and the girls chipped in and got him a water it was amazing to see a small group of ppl come together to help out God bless those girls

First time trying this chain, we usually frequent subway and jummy johns. But I have to say Im glad we tried it! If you like cold sandwiches you might be cautious. But dont worry! Its really good warm!
