So today I went to get my husband some food, I asked for two shredded beef burritos. I CLEARLY asked for no pico de gallo. And clearly asked for rice, cheese, and sour cream added. Not hard. The lady at the window started out bad by only handing out a swamp in a brown paper bag, it was not just wet, but soaked through. I looked in and saw one burrito. I asked her where my second burrito was, she told me that no I only asked for one. So I asked her to go and get me a second one. SHE REPEATED WORD FOR WORK THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT I HAD ASKED FOR THE BURRITO, she understood. When my husband took his first bite he first words out of his mouth was "this tastes like I am eating barf" And indeed he was eating a swamp ass burrito that had no rice no cheese and no sour cream but guess what it had pico de gallo a lot of it. This one instance sums up the many times that we have run into issue after issue with them. Usually the only girl that gets the orders right is the one that has glasses and is very kind. IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOOD DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO MCDONALDS at least they care about customers

I have never had a problem with any Betos ever! except for this one! me and my friend went 2 nights ago and we got 2 supremo burritos and they freaking charged me $44! the guy that was at the cash register was very unprofessional. He kept coughing all over the place and onto his hands and handled my friends money and my debit card and his stupid fat fingers probably hit the wrong keys on the card machine and he was just too jittery and would not stay still and seemed like he didnt even care what he was doing. i tried going to see the manager to get my charge fixed, but the manager isnt ever there and i tried calling all day at the number posted up for their place and nobody FREAKING PICKS UP what kind of restaurant is this?!?!? so freaking ghetto and unproffesional the only time i would go again at this location is when were all drunk and hungry!

Whenever Im getting seriously hangry, a big ol breakfast burrito from Betos is the way to go. Ill go through both the salsas they give me (red and green together, awesome) and wont need to eat for another couple meals. Ive also had their Burrito Supreme and it was pretty fantastic, too. Only, it was like 6 bucks instead of the 5 for the breakfast. You get what you pay for, but Im a 5-buck-or-less lunch kinda guy. Havent had an issue with the customer service, and if I did, I probably wouldnt care. If they mixed up my order, Id probably still eat it and enjoy it and itd still be way good. Gonna go get me something right now just thinking about it. For everyone complaining about cleanliness and other stuff....meh, its a cheap Mexican food place with huge portions. Just gimme my food and Ill be on my way

Got charged $46 for 3 burritos and an enchilada plate. Dont usually check my receipts, but when I did I found out the cashier charged me an extra burrito. I made it a point for her to see me checking my receipt, and when she came to the window I told her she overcharged me, to where she brushed it off and just handed me back $5 for the extra burrito I didnt want. Top it off, she had numerous "MISC" charges on there that totaled another $5. Should have cancelled the whole order and went somewhere else because now I dont trust them, thinking they may have even spit in my food for catching them in their dishonest business dealings.

Ive never had a problem with this place till tonight, I went to go order my mom a burrito but had forgotten my card so I went back home to get it. Once I got there I needed to use the restroom i told my boyfriend to stand in line while I used the restroom, mind you there was about 7 teenage boys waiting to order. I asked for the key and the damn cashier had the nerve to tell me I needed to order first before using the restroom with attitude, I wasnt going to cut everyone who was waiting before me. It was ridiculous, I absolutely hate this place and I wouldnt even give a one star rating.

Pues me gustaba comprar mi comida ahí, pero desde hoy no vuelvo a comprar por que la cajera tiene un mal estilo para atender, parese que vas a pedirle regalado y me dieron mi orden equivocada, cuando me la cambiaron me di cuenta que solo la hicieron ala carrera sin sabor sin chiste y no me gustó.

Deberian tratar mejor al personal de la cocina, no les dan sus 10 minutos reglamentarios de descanso y no toman su 30 minutos de lunch, son unos explotadores, la paga es mala, no va de acuerdo al trabajo, y todo ese descontento lo recibe la comida que preparan y hace daño

Went here a few times around 5 am and got my food after 15 minutes. The third visit I had here I paid for my food, sat at the drive thru window for 25 minutes and never seen the guy again so I drove away. I was sad and hurt. Was going to call the next day to speak with a manager for a refund but instead I decided to take it as a loss and just never return to this restaurant chain again. There is a McDonalds close by so I go with that instead for late night snacks.

Best Betos Ive been to by far. Im really picky about my horchata and theirs is amazing. I can never get enough and their large cup just isnt enough. They also have great customer service. Most betos i go to the employees are usually rude. Overall great food and great service would highly recommend to anyone new to Mexican food or a seasoned veteran.

Every single time I go here they skimp on the cheese on everything! Half assed made food and when you order a bean and CHEESE burrito they give you a pound of canned, refried beans and literally a tablespoon of cheese. This Betos is a joke. Theres about 10 others in the valley that do it right. This one unfortunately does not. Cheap bastards.

Absolutely worst breakfast burrito I have ever had from places like these!! They used French fries for the potatoes, drowned it in sour cream, had uncooked bacon. My wife had the ham and hers was the same. Will never eat here again! Do not waste your money.. youll be throwing your money and your food away while your still hungry!

I ordered the carnitas burrito, my meat was very dry. There was hardly any guacamole and the onions and tomatoes were piled up at one end of the burrito. All in all I was very disappointed. I couldnt eat even half. I threw it away. I will never get food from there again. The best thing was the horchata.

I had their shredded beef burritos. The beef tasted like it came out of a can. Over-salted and really awful. I had to throw mine down the garbage disposal. The rice and beans were not bad though and the flan was ok. I recommend either Cafe Rio or Costa Vita for freshly cooked meats and tortillas.
