I go out with a group who eats out regularly. This week we went to Tivoli Gardens. We sat down and two people immediately volunteered that the food isnt very good here. Sigh. I think it is okay - not insulting, just - for the price it is fine. If you want a better meal, youll pay more. The service tends to be friendly, but not very attentive. If you want better service, you’ll pay more, generally. Everybody seemed pretty happy with the food they ordered. I had an Italian sausage sandwich. It was okay, wouldnt order it again, but that could well be just my taste. The person who ordered a salad was very happy. Ive ordered salad here .... If you like iceberg, youre in luck. I despise iceberg lettuce. I ordered potato salad as my side, just felt the need to clog my arteries. Wouldnt order again. Service was, as expected, friendly but not very attentive. My sandwich with potato salad, no beverage was $10, including tax and relatively generous tip. Ill go back, not with any real dread, nor anticipation.

My friend and i love coming to Tivoli gardens when we come to the area to see family, the service is great, and what you see is what you get,its cozy and comfortable, and the Owner is as nice as can be, and Trisha the waitress is friendly and a joy to talk too, and she always gives us a full pitcher of Ice tea which is our favorite drink!. the music is good, and the food is good, and its great location across from our hotel the windmill suites. We are 40 and 30 but have old souls when we go here, as its a big retirement area and we love the company every time when were down from Las Vegas. keep up the good work Tivoli Gardens!

This place was great! The prices were awesome. The great thing about every dinner is that they include beverage, soup or salad, fresh bread, choice of potato, fresh vegetables, and a dessert with it all for around 10 or 12 bucks! You cant find that any more except here! Even theyre bar prices are all around or under 5 bucks! They offer breaskfast to every morning so going back to try that! My sever was the owners daughter, she was wonderful, made sure we were happy, made us laugh, and checked on us through our meal to make sure we stayed happy.

It took 15 min. for the 3 of us to get waited on for lunch @ 2pm. Then, we waited another 25 min. for our small lunch. As we were waiting we noticed the dust laden artificial plants over the tables as well as the chain holding the overhead lighting, window sills & blinds. The food was just okay & we almost left due to the lack of cleanliness in the dining area. We wonder what the kitchen is like, but will go elsewhere from now on. Plan to call the health department tomorrow.

As someone who has been behind the scenes (training as a server), I can tell you that you definitely do NOT want to eat here. I couldnt last more then a few days because of all the disgusting things I witnessed. From servers rarely/never washing there hands - yet they grab the salad out of a big bin with no gloves, to another server dropping a dish of cottage cheese on the counter and then scooping it back into the dish with her hand. I could go on and on.

sat at table at least 15 minutes after looking at clock,then took 30 more minutes to bring a chicken salad,bread was good,i didnt mention the poor service untill waitress told me my credit card was rejected,one other was also rejected before they got one to work,after leaving I went strait to another merchant and used card with no problem,by the way when I mentioned the wait time to waitress she told me I was lieing, wow,i was shocked, tall blond tattoos

I got sick right after I left the restaurant. I did not care for the Chicken Fried Steak. It was under the heat lamp for a while and the lettuce leaf was completely wilted. The bread was great. I did like the entertainment. Salad tasted good. I started feeling sick after the typical pudding. I sent it back. Then got a rocky road ice cream. I mean tapioca.

Restaurant less than 1/4 full, meals took 40 minutes to deliver. Nothing spectacular about the food. My sausage and penne meal was sent back to drain the oil from it, and when redelivered there was still an abundance of oil in all the pasta tubes. I refused to accept the meal and it was removed from our bill. Service was horrible.

Lunch not very good. BLT was served as a club sandwich, and everything, including the tomatoes and bacon, was cold. Turkey open face had plenty of bread. Turkey was okay, but had a few tough pieces. Gravy and mashed potatoes were very salty. Cranberry appeared to be fresh out of the can. No reason to return there. ..

Food is good to very good. Kinda reminds you of a mom and pop restaurant. Large variety on menu. Big open eating area with high ceiling. Can get kind of loud in there. Something about it makes me feel that its dirty and old. Could just be the menus look old. Staff is always pleasant.

Hate to say to the person complained about canned beans and chicken fries....sorry been here over 5 years and have never seen canned vegetables of any sort and we do not serve chicken fries so he must have us confused with someone else

The food was good and it was very cheap. The only problem is the wait and the dont give you alot of food in portion size. The decor is kind of for the old folks well what would you think it is by Sun City. Thank you :)

Specials menu for breakfast until 2 and lunch from 11 to 4. Tempting prices. Salads come in half sizes, try them all. Wait staff is attentive and pleasant. We return as a group of 20 or more, they are up for that!

We stayed at the hotel across the street at the windmill and I asked my wife lets try the Tivoli.We where very happy with the food and the service was awsome (Angelic ) My wife and I would give it a 10 .

We have been going here for years including when they were in Sun City. We love the food and staff. It our favorite restaurant to go to when we have company from out of state.
