I gave it 1 star and they dont even deserve that. Ive been to DQs in California, Nevada, and here in Centerville. Ive never had such bad service at any of them till now. We ordered 2 flame thrower burgers and a chicken strip basket. paid 17 dollars. the burgers were so bad the meat looked like it had been sitting out for days the bun was do dry barely any sauce on them the lettuce looked like it was chewed up, spit out then put on the burgers they looked terrible. What really pushed my buttons was when I ask to speak to the manager. the woman was standing a foot away from me when her employee went get her and she ask what I wanted and why I wanted to talk to her. when she came up to me I showed her the burgers and she still asked me what was wrong with them. First as a manager the customers are your first priority no matter what. Second if you as manager dont know what a burger is supposed to look when its coming out of your kitchen the you should not be a manager. never going to Layton DQ again.

Ordered a medium vanilla blizzard with dark chocolate fudge and truffle bits (the midnight truffle) they instead gave me a vanilla blizzard with truffle bits but no fudge. If they didnt have the fudge they should have told me, not make me pay for something that I didnt want. Also girl at window was not very customer oriented at all. When I asked her questions she shook her head yes and no, didnt say a single word to me. When I did say thank you for my shakes she again just nodded at me, no words. More mad paying for the blizzard they they didnt add the dark fudge to. Also she didnt ask if I wanted any marinara or ranch with my cheese curds. Worst DQ theres is right now, it used to be good. Also did not flip our blizzards, and I know is summer but if you cant do what your blizzards are supposed to then dont advertise it

Went to this Dairy Queen last night at 7:14 ordered my food and was told to go to the 2nd window. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the window for my payment. While I sat there waiting, I listened to the girls that worked there laughing at a video they were watching on one of the girls cellphones. I have a very understanding attitude towards people who work in the service industry, but the action of the girls that work at this location was very juvenile and rude. My husbands sandwich was thrown together with subpar ingredients, such as an end if a tomato and clump of hard lettuce, and the fries were not warm for any of our meals. We will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen ever again.

We recommend coming here for ice cream only. The food service is sloppy, takes forever, the food is questionable, and the workers struggle to get your order correct. In one $18 order (that took 19 minutes to deliver), we experienced a burger that was chewy, another burger that had mustard on top of the bun (???), a burger that was ordered as plain but delivered with everything on it, a coupon that was denied because it said the wrong store on it (not accepted even as a good will gesture), melted Blizzards that made a huge mess (it appeared they made 15 minutes), and lackluster service. Also, how do you run out of ketchup packets?? Simple orders only at this DQ. Youve been warned.

Slowest fast food restaurant EVER! Not sure what the deal is but this Dairy Queen is the slowest ever. More often than not it takes 30-40 minutes to get through the drive through (we only order a couple blizzards) with a typical line of 2 cars. Most of the time no one even acknowledges you when you pull up to the speaker, I have had it take 5 minutes before being acknowledged. On the times you do get acknowledged with a "be right with you" it can still take 5+ minutes to order. Not once have our blizzards been flipped upside down in front of us. The only reason Im giving two stars is because despite the wait our ice cream is typically correct and it is DQ after all.

Worst Dairy Queen on the planet. We only went through the drive through and just what I could see through window made me question ordering anything. My husband wanted to get the Strawberry cheesecake blizzard because I kept telling him how good it was. Its apparently only good at the Centerville location where I went. Our blizzards were melty and the cheesecake in it was hot, which makes me wonder about their food practices. Neither of us ate but a few bites. It was disgusting. The owner of this location should be embarrassed and ashamed of their store. Clearly they dont know what quality control is and should probably seek a new business venture, not in food.

Not the best Dairy Queen Ive been at. The first time I went to this particular on I went through the drive though and they got my order wrong. I ordered a blizzard. The second time I went they werent that busy at all. There was only one person in front of me and another that was waiting for their order. After the employee checked out the person in front of me they walked off and completely forgot I was even there. And there was even person behind me waiting as well. It was very unprofessional. Not a huge fan of this Dairy Queen. I only recommend this one if it is the only convenient one to go to. If they up their customer service then Id recommend.

Last time I ever go to this dairy queen. I pull up to the drive through with a few cars in it order my food and FINALLY 25 MINUTES LATER get my food. I contemplated leaving and not paying but decided Id get my food because I had waited that long already and they never told me "sorry" for the long wait! In my experience with fast food you tell people sorry for the wait if theyre there longer than 5 minutes. This dairy queen is a joke! And I only ordered 2 chicken strip baskets!!!! Anybody reading this note, Taco bell across the street takes customer care very seriously and gives you discounts and free food if you wait longer than 5 minutes.

This place is a joke. The employees stand around doing nothing. The restaurant is always dirty. Their gnat situation is disgusting. They advertise things they cant make bc they have a machine that has been broken for over a year. The woman running this place needs to get out of the business before she completely runs this location into the ground. My favorite thing that has happened...I asked for the number to corporate...The young girl said she had to look it up online bc the manager told her she wasnt allowed to have it. Dont waste your money. The location in Centerville is much better.

I love their billzards and dont mind the food either, but every time we come there the service (usually provided by snotty, put out teenagers) is horrible. Last time I was there I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes before someone said anything, no apology for the wait just "what can I get you". That particular visit the service just got worse and worse, so I called and asked for a manager to let them know of their employees behavior. Once again, no apology, just "ok ill pass the message along". Really??? Great customer service, guys!
