This taco bell is the worst taco bell I have ever encountered in my life and I have lived in five different States and have eaten and hundreds of taco bells all over the country. I usually eat at taco bell at least once a week. In the last six months this taco bell has been out of lettuce, tomatoes, rice, chalupa shells, and most importantly TACO shells, both hard and soft, at different times. How can taco bell run out of TACO shells. I have made complaints to the corporate complaint line which have never been followed up on. I have spoken to managers at the store to no avail. I dont understand why it is so complicated to order things correctly. I have also noticed in the last six months a definitive slip in the quality of their food. The burrito supreme I just ate tasted horrible, worst burrito supreme I have ever eaten. I will say one positive thing about them, you usually get what you order, which is to say, what you are able to order usually gets in your bag and to you which is more than I can say for many other fast food type places. At any rate, it is unfortunate that Helena only has one taco bell. Guess I will have to start eating at Taco Johns.

So heres the thing: the staff is usually pretty friendly and the food is, well, its what you expect. Its Taco Bell. When you get the craving it hits the spot. That said, the wait times are horrendous. This place must be chronically understaffed because you can regularly expect to be in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. DO NOT go inside to order either, it takes even longer and their lobby is frankly disgusting. I can only imagine this is the result of truly incompetent management, and probably poor ability to retain employees. And its been this bad for YEARS, even after several COMPLETE staff turnovers. Taco Bell corporate: get someone out here to get this store in order. Hire some good managers and some good employees and PAY THEM DECENTLY so they actually stick around for a while. Its truly pathetic right now and has been for years.

I have yet to wait over an hour in ANY drive through, in ANY state or city in our country: Taco Bell of Helena accomplished that feat last night. This is an ongoing problem and has been for the last several years. The average wait time in the drive through is 30+ minutes and any Helena resident will attest to that. Ownership and management needs to do something FAST. I will not be purchasing anything from the local taco bell until something is done, which really does upset me because the food is damn good! But if ownership and management doesnt care about the customers needs, why should I care about the success of their business?

Worst service Ive ever had! They claim to open at 7am for breakfast, I pull up at 720 no lights on in the drive thru people in there, someone finally asks for my order when Im about to drive off, I order my breakfast she tells me its going to be 15 minutes as they have to get everything set up still, I ask if they open at 7am, then some ass in the back yells "we do when we have food" in a very rude tone. Needless to say I canceled my order and went down the road and got breakfast at McDonalds!

This is honestly the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every single time I go there they are out of something but dont feel the need to tell you until you are at the window ready to pay. Last night my husband was there and waited 30 minutes in line and when he got up to the window they said oh sorry! We didnt get your order because something is wrong with our system so we cant give you any food. Seriously such a terribly run business. Do not waste your time!! Just go somewhere else!

THIS is the best Taco Bell ever. whoever gave this place a bad review is a gelatinous lout. the burrito had the most luscious cheese business. and the meat was mind blowing and the ingredients were fresh. seriously screw whoever gave this place a bad review. also the customer service was AMAZING and the girl who helped us had the most angelic voice Ive ever heard. for real. and **** whoever gave this place a bad review. but whatever. just have bad taste I guess.

After sitting, TRAPPED in the drive through for exactly 30 minutes I finally got my food. The service was friendly enough, and they explained how short handed they were, but to wait that long and get food that is LITERALLY stone cold was just the last straw. The flour tortilla had never seen the steam table and the filling was about 1 degree over refrigerator temperature was a slap in the face after the patience I had with them. Very very disappointed

Not the worst food quality, but incompetent management and staff result in insane wait times. Never seen the drive through with less than 10 cars waiting regardless of the time of day. If youre planning on coming here during your lunch hour be prepared to spend your WHOLE lunch hour waiting for your food, and that is not an exaggeration. This place desperately needs a change of management/staff and an overall remodel/facelift.

Worst service of any taco bell Ive ever visited. Need to hire different workers who can be efficient and effective. Couldve went to a restaurant and ordered dinner and it wouldve been faster. The lady who took orders didnt have any sense of urgency to get orders out in timely manner when asked how much longer she responded with "it will be a couple minutes" after waiting for 30 mins. Very unhappy!!!!

I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru on a trip last summer. I was annoyed enough to contact corporate. They sent me a $5 coupon, which expired before I could use it. I dont go if Im short on time. Like all Taco Bell locations, they generally forget at least one item. Today it was a slush. If I had an empanada for every time they forgot to give me an empanada, I would have at least 11 empanadas.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. They say "open late night" but they are closed by 10pm. Drive thru included. Last time we went we waited over a hour in the drive thru for food, the next time we thought maybe going inside would be faster, the lobby wasnt even open due to being understaffed. Yet, I know numerous people, myself included that have applied and never got a call.

The staff was a bit slower than I liked because I was just in for a quick bite. The food was decent, however it was brought to me on a dirty tray. Not really great considering this particular taco bell benefits from a terrible business location and lack of a good effort to get food out correctly the first time.

Next time I make my way over to Helena Ill diffenatly stop just for the friendly service my order was right and tasty to .

Person working the drive through was as helpful and polite as server in a much nicer restaurant, and the food came out faster than I could blink. The Diablo Sauce had serious spice, and the cheesy burrito had a delicious flavor with a fresh soft flour tortilla wrapper which left us yearning for more.
