I have been going to red rock brewery ever since I moved to Park City 5 years ago. It has been one of my favorite places to enjoy food, beer, and great service. I have gotten to know the managers and lots of the staff. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. While we were waiting for a table to we went to the bar to get some drinks the bartender never saw us and walked by us 4 times. My husband tried to flag him down. We waited at the bar for about 5 minutes. Never received service. Our pager went off so we can be seated. We were seated outside where we sat and waited for a long time for anybody to come an wait on us. I knew the manager on duty so I went to go and talk to Amanda to see if we could get some service. She was very nice and apologized to us that nobody came. She was more than willing to help us out. She ordered our drinks and food. Unfortunately my husbands beer was flat when he received it. One of the food runners came out with out appetizer and we asked her if we can get someone to come out and talk to us. Once again no sign of our server and the Manager Amanda came back out and got us a new beer and once again she apologized for everything. It awhile for our food to come out a Cobb salad and a Ruben. Still no sign of our server. After we ate I went and found the manager (Amanda) to let her know that we have no idea who are server was and we were ready to pay for the check. She once again apologized for how bad we have been treated and gave us 30% off our bill. What pushed it over the top was as we were walking out of the restaurant some guy came running after us and accused us of walking out and not paying the bill. When I walked back in to talk to Amanda to see what was going on she told me that the guy was supposedly our server who we never saw and accused us of ditching the bill. This time there was no apologies for the mix up. This was the worst dinning experience we have ever had.

Well I came here with my family on a Sunday afternoon, it was a little busy but not by any means out of control or extremely busy. My family and I absolutely love this place usually and we have a good friend visiting with us so we thought we would bring him to one of our favorite food places. I have never had a bad experience here until this one Sunday. We came in and got seated quickly which was nice. Also the hostess was very kind and friendly. Once we got to our table we sat down and greeted by our waitress, Ravin. She was not friendly by any stretch and made it seem like this was the very last place she wanted to be. She asked us what drinks we wanted and we responded and the drinks came but unfortunately one of the drinks I wanted was unavailable. Though it is inconvenient its not a huge deal, the world will continue on. However when we were ordering our second choices One of the members of the party was calling the drink by the wrong name, there was some confusion. However she did not try to figure or what we wanted in a friendly or helpful manner. She merely gave us a blank stare making us feel dumb and incompetent. That was very off-putting because we had never had a waitress like this before here. We brushed it off and continued our dining experience. We waited for about 10 minutes for her to return so she could maybe get an appetizer started however she never came and once she did we just ordered our food. When I asked for a reccomendation she responded with great options but once again was so unfriendly and almost careless. She told one of the members of our party she would bring a refill however it has been 10 minutes. The entire experience overall put a sour taste in my mouth and makes me not want to come back. The waitress ruined the experience for the entire party. Though I have never had an issue with the amazing food the service is just important part of the dining experience.

I eat here often so I must like, right? I must admit I do! Its a Utah local company brewery not some rubber stamped out franchise from "Who Knows or Cares-Ville." So youre here, you should experience the local cuisine. The food has always been consistently good and I have a few favorite dishes I can always count on; beat salad, gorgonzola pizza and the brochettes appetizer is really good if you like goat cheese, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Not so good is the time it takes to get seated. Theres usually at least a 10-20 min wait, weekends can be even longer. Which isnt really that bad unless youre trying to get to the movie across the street. But theres always empty tables just sitting there calling out to us, "Im open come sit here" but the hostess cant see it for some reason! The only other problem is, its very LOUD. Hang some freaking fabric around the joint to baffle that annoying, cackling laugh thats piercing my eardrums from the other side of the room will ya! Bottom line is youll like it!

It was a great atmosphere in a lovely location, but the food I got was not good. I got the fish pasta and it was awful. My boyfriend got a sandwich that he said was fine, but agreed that the fish was terrible after sampling mine. The fish was definitely not fresh and you could taste that it had been in a freezer for some time. Maybe its because no one orders fish there-rightfully so. It wasnt cooked well either. Rather than fall apart in your mouth like good fish, it crumbled with a nasty texture that I want to forget. The mussels made me sick and after eating I felt like throwing up for several hours. It took the whole night to get the taste out of my mouth. The spaghetti was watery as well which was unfortunate. First, fish shouldnt really go with spaghetti, and if you must put it with spaghetti, make it good. Not gross like your fish.

I really liked the atmosphere of the main room, open bar, industrial feel, high ceilings, but we were seated in a back room without as much charm. Although, the back still had great photography hung on the walls. I tried the baked brie, calamari, and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. Baked brie was very dry and I didnt care for the calamari breading. The mozzarella sticks were good. I ordered the fish and sweat potato fries entree and did not like my meal. The fries were burnt and there was more breading on the fish than actual fish. However other members of my group were highly satisfied with their meals, specifically the steak salad and chicken pot pie. Our server was great dealing with our large group (9 adults), but I would not recommend based on my dissatisfaction with my meal.

I was really excited as I looked at the menu, wanted at least three of the items. My daughter also was liking the menu. UNFORTUNATELY, when I thought about checking my watch to find how long we had been waiting to even be greeted by a server, we had been waiting for at least ten minutes. Waited another ten, watched the table next to us almost finish their meal. other tables were seated, and a server came to those tables right away. We decided that we would leave. I might have been able to give a review on the food, If we ever had a chance to try it. So I can only give it zero stars. Not sure I will ever be back, went there often when I lived in the area. Seems I have to give at least one star to post. Still zero
