Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016 my Husband and I visited the Wasatch Brew Pub Park City, UT. I am a Vegan my husband, do occasionally eat meat, but trying to become a vegetarian. All said, after an approx. 30 + -- wait, the server took our food order. It was down hill from there on... we waited nearly 45 minutes for my superfood beet salad, burger for my husband...yes, a small food order. Heres the clincher...the superfood beet salad was all greens, minus arugula as advertised... just kale and collard greens, 6 blueberries, 12 tiny yellow beet pieces and 4 tiny red beet pieces. The menu stated the beet salad was a superfood beet salad, LOL. hardly any beets, no nuts, no presentation, and worst... the dressing was grill grease...NOT the red wine vinaigrette per the menu. My husband tasted a sample of my salad and confirmed grill grease was used. Of course, I complained and was comped the $13.00 salad cost; but with no apology. I asked the server to inform the "Chef"...and I doubt there was even a Chef on duty...only raw, untrained, line cooks . I was very upset with not knowing if the grill grease contained animal fat or some other cheap oils. The male server who tabled our food order, was honest enough to state ...our order was overlooked by kitchen staff; therefore just slapped together helter skelter to get it to us. In retrospect, my Husband and I should have walked. I could not eat this salad....one bite ended it for me. I attentatively listened to diners state their brews were not the "best" . .. and overheard a young couple dining at a table nearby say their fish was oil soaked.. yuk. As a vegan, I write about vegan/vegetarian food... exotic foods and the standard salads, soups and vegan desserts... giving praise and kudos to restaurants who also understand the vegan, vegetarian growing culture. The Wasatch Brew Pub chef and line cooks including all staff, must acquire a better knowledge of vegan/vegetarian food if they are purposely advertising such fares on their menu. Furthermore, this Pub should really try to meet the quality and quantity of indregients advertised as their menus food selections. In closing, a tip re the superfood beet salad, I recommend managers sending the Wasatch cooking staff to the Salt Lake City Restaurant named The Blue Lemon to see and sample their Superfood Beet Salad. This would be a great starting base for the Wasatch staff to learn how to improve and present the Wasatch Brew Pub superfood beet salad to their customers making it on par with The Blue Lemon beet salad. The Blue Lemon rocks its superfood beet salad! As a travel writer (international), in all honesty, after my awful experience recommend the Wasatch Brew Pub as a dining establishment to the general public; especially not to my vegan/vegetarian Yogi audience.

I ate here tonite, I am in park city for a few days. Several people have told me about the beer--and the beer is spectacular. I had a winter pale ale that was really amazing. But, you know those bars where you are sitting at the bar and you want to get another drink and the bartender is sorting glasses--or whatever they do back there--thats what this place was like. Also, the inside is sort of trashed--like it was really nice 4 years ago and just got beat up over the years. I know its a high-volume place, but they need to tighten things up in there. And when the bathroom has cracked tiles--you have to wonder what they are neglecting in the kitchen. For beer though, youll be hard pressed to find better.

Great location on Park Citys famous Main Street. They brew their beer there on site, which is cool. The beer is good, not spectacular by any stretch. The food comes at the prices one would expect given the location but the quality is way below par. We were a party of six and no one had a particularly good meal. I had their burger which was dry, over cooked, and void of any sauces. Someone else had the Tuna Tartare. She said it was average and they dont carry soy sauce. I could go on. Nothing terrible, but if youre in Park City, you deserve a good meal, and youre not gonna get that here.

We sat in the Bar and had some cocktails and appetizers. we are from out of state and really enjoyed our food. We shared the Wings and Asiago and kale dip and I had the Pub salad with chicken. everything was soo good! The Asiago and kale dip was probably the best ive ever had from that realm of appetizers, i wanted to just eat it with a spoon! The pub salad was pretty basic, but really good and i wanted to go back for another! I was a little weary because of some of the other reviews, but im glad we decided to go anyway. We will def stop by again when were in that area!

Co-workers and I were there for a business outing. We had the worst waiter. Cant remember his name, it may have been Nick. He was not pleasant at all, did not check on us once after he delivered the meal, he brought the check when we were not even half way through. He did not ask if we wanted something else and we actually wanted another drink and also dessert. The place was not closing for another 45 minutes. We were very confused. We are from out of town and we will NOT come back here.

Terrible service... Asked to sample a couple beers before making a choice and didnt hear back from the waiter for 20 minutes. We went to the bar ourselves to order a drink and saw the waiter standing around talking with Co workers... Decided to stay after talking it out with the waiter and food came out a lot faster, buuuuuut it was small portions and the quality was average at best. Talked to several locals and they said they dont go back to Wasatch for the same reasons.

My husband and I come to Park City at least twice a year. Every time were in town we enjoy at least one meal at Wasatch Brew pub and have never once been unhappy. Great burgers, sandwiches and local brews. This week we took our kids (12 and 8) for lunch after the Alpine Slide. Both picky eaters, they loved all the options on the kids menu and were impressed at the portion sizes. Everyone left full and happy. Great service, yummy food at affordable prices.

This was a really fun place to visit. Our waiter was great, offering recommendations that were spot on. The food was really good. It was high quality and the recipes were original. There was a wide variety of foods to choose from, and I would be surprised if there was anything on the menu we wouldnt have liked. The prices were reasonable for food this good, especially since there are so many restaurants along this road that are really expensive.

Need to adjust their seating policy. Currently, if they buzz you and you dont respond, they move down the list without a second thought. I suggest adding the step of "call out a guests name to make sure they left" because (a) they might be sitting right in front of you and/or (b) you might have given them a broken buzzer. Other than the fact they were a hot mess seating people on a busy night, I had an okay time.

I recently went to have a good time at the Pub. When I was eating the nachos I ordered the waitress came up and said "Wow, is this all you?" Then she said Ive seen guys eat like this but never a girl....I was offended and think if theyre going to play off the classy scene they should probably hire classy people. You dont insult someones wife while theyre eating!!!!WTF?
