How can I put this….. Never go here! This place is a hole in the wall which I normally enjoy but that’s just not the case with this place. I live close and came here 4 times. Every time I regret I went. I kept thinking they it can’t be that bad and it will be better this time. My mistake. The beer on tap each time was warm and flat. The food is not even edible. I ordered a calzone and when it came out it was very big and looked amazing. After starting to eat it I quickly realized I was not going to be able to eat it. It was under cooked and still cold in the middle. On top of that the ingredients tasted and even smelt old. After 2 bites I was done. After that I decided ok I will come here and only have a beer or two but in a bottle which was fine. I then thought well I will try the chili cheese fries you can’t mess those up right? Wrong, when it came out I couldn’t believe that they brought this out looking like it did. To describe it the fries where the wide flat frozen cheap style fries on top of that was what appeared to look and taste like the cheap canned chili which was one step up from being called dog food. And for the best part which is always the cheese they decided to make this dish extra tasty to use sandwich cheese the type that is you unwrap each slice and its made mostly of oil and doesn’t melt no matter how much heat you give it. Ok ok so the beer and the food are terrible at least the place is nice right? Haha no. The place smells of dried beer and is worn out. The owner (who resemble Luigi) drinks whiskey at and behind the bar each time I have been there which is funny because he never eats or drinks anything else for obvious reasons. The good news is there is still a lot of commercial space left in this strip and soon enough something will come along and this place will be shut down. It’s a shame to see owners care so little about an establishment especially one with the potential this location could have. On my last note my friends and I call this place SH!#CAGOS and we agree this name is a better fit.

Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to this place on a UFC fight night and sat down and about 25 minutes later a waitress came over to get our orders. We didnt even have menus yet. She got our drink orders and got our menus. We ordered a cheese 1/2 meat lovers pizza and their choose your own combo with Wings. Over an hour later she came out and said it will be ready in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later she comes back and says it will be a bit longer. So we ask to get it in boxes to go. The fight ends and she brings us the check. We pay for our food and then the food comes out. The pizza is wrong, the order looks half assed and we are so livid. We ask for a manager who happens to be our waitress and ask for a refund (it was nothing against her, she did her job perfectly and refilled our drinks on a dime) but the owner was needed for approval. He comes and says he will refund the pizza (6.50 out of our 30$ order) then proceeded to yell at my sister when she said "we need a refund because it took hours to get our food and it was wrong and we will not be eating it" he got in her face and then walked away from the conversation. We spoke to a few of the other customers who said they took to long to get their orders so they canceled them. Or they never got their food so they just left. I will never go back here except to make sure this place gets shut down. The owners were completely rude to us, and just shrugged us off after a while. I tried to talk with them calmly but they kept screaming at me. I let them know they will get shut down and they laughed at me.

My wife and I went in to get food because we were starving and we wanted to watch the UFC fight. Every other place was crazy busy and we had called ahead to make sure they had a table and they did. We got there and a sat down. No one greeted us or came to our table for over 30 minutes.. We knew it was busy but they were serving everyone else in the room. Some one finally came over and we hadnt even received a menu yet. She got us menus and took our drink order. 20 minutes rolls by and we ordered our food. After waiting over an hour, we asked to get it boxed up. We had a sitter at home with the baby and she needed to leave. She said it will be another 2 minutes, gave us our check and we paid the bill. 30 more minutes go by and she brought us our order. My wife was so hungry she went to grab a slice of pizza and luckily she did because the order was wrong. We checked our other items and it was all wrong. We spoke with the owners about a refund, they were very rude to us and refused to give a refund. We sat there for a while and noticed they only had 1 person working in the kitchen he looked like he was maybe 16 years old. Then saw a roach crawl into the kitchen. We slowly realized that the place we were in was highly disgusting... They had trash piling up on the floor too. We just wanted our money so we could get out of that place. They were still refusing so we just left. They lost two great customers who planned on coming back every fight night but not any more. Its not the 30$ we care about it was the way we were treated from the minute we walked in.

Im really surprised with the two other reviews as my husband and I both agree that this "pub" was mediocre at best. First off, the interior is probably one of the least inviting I have seen in a long time. Everything is BLACK. The walls, the counters, the booths, the tables. Horrible. Florescent spotlighting throughout makes for a weird, sleezy nightclub feel. The service was pretty pitiful. The waitresses and cook staff sat in the booth behind us talking most of the time and it took forever to get drinks let alone our food. Now to review the food, I dont even know where to begin. The boneless wings were what appeared to be big pieces of chicken cut into a shape that kind of resembled a chicken wing. They came in a wicker basket with basically a thick napkin so by the last wing we were probably eating some of the basket too, the sauce had soaked right through. Yuck. The "stuffed" pizza was horrendous. Not only was there almost no sauce but there was about 4 pounds of cheese stuffed into the middle which oozed out every crevice of the pizza when we removed the first slice. There was so much cheese we were gagging and eventually had to pick apart the pizza just to make it edible. The table behind us ordered a thin crust which LOOKED to be much more appetizing but unfortunately I dont think I will be giving this place a second chance. Overall a really bad dining experience. The only thing I MIGHT come back for in the future is the outdoor hookah. Seeing as there really arent any Hookah lounges in the San Tan Valley Area it might be worth a try.
