Ive gone to Arctic Circle a lot. In fact, my kids and I frequented this particular store because of the outgoing personalities and friendly faces several times a week, particularly for ice cream. Today, however, marked our last visit. I pulled up to the drive-thru, not realizing others were in front of us until after Id ordered. After waiting, without moving, for about 3 minutes for two cars ahead of us to move, I pulled out of line and went in. The crew appeared to be struggling and skeleton. A short, round, black girl with a lot of attitude snatched the $5 out of my hand and I reached in my open purse to grab some change. I set the change on the counter but she took off to the window, returning with some bills and a handful of change. After witnessing the change on the counter, she huffed, grabbed the money and stomped off to the window to return with my correct change. Lightheartedly I said, "Looks like a skeleton crew tonight, huh?" But she ignored me and turned back around with a few sloppily made cones that were extremely small. (Usually theyre too big!) I said, "Thank you, have a great night and keep up the good work." I took the cones without complaining about the size and the fact that one of them literally needed to be turned sideways to keep from falling off. I figured she was having a bad night until she turned around, gave me a look, and left without saying a single word the entire time--treatment I can get for free elsewhere. This particular establishment was a high five, six months ago, but over the past few months its on a gradual downward spiral. Im not sure why, but were not sticking around to find out. We visited 03/20/2016 at 5:45 p.m., in case someone wants to visit the schedule.

We havent been to this location in a while and will not be going again. My wife and I got 2 burgers and drove home to eat. Both burgers were stale and sloppily made. They appeared as if they were left made hours ago. Mine looked so grotesque I threw it away. My wife tried a bite and got a mouthful of hard bun and slimy grisle. Ive never received such bad food even from a fast food chain. If theyre serving this food to others I dont see them staying open for much longer.

I have been here a few times, I think the staff should be changed out, multiple times I have been handed the wrong order, a couple of times after telling them it was the wrong order they gave me the right one and never took my money, the food sucks and I would never go back after the last visit or tell anyone to go there, high priced shitty food and a store ran by entitled white kids who dont care. Management needs to fix things or close shop.

I have visited Arctic Circle about 3 times in the past two months. They have never gotten my order right. If you want a sundae, they give you a shake. If you want an Oreo & Mint shake, they only give you Oreo. And if you want a Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae, they only give you Fudge. Its kinda turned into a game for us. See how horribly they can mess up your order. Not worth the money, but its good for laughs. Wont be visiting any location again.

Well, where do I start? First of all there are 9 kids working here unsupervised, they played not it to come take our order. None of them are following simple food handling protocol, no gloves, a kid picked his wedgie then proceeded to make food, no hair nets or oulled back hair ect. Half of them are on their phones, the line out side is always long as well as inside. The kid that lost "not it" didnt even know how to work the register.

Service is really really slow. I have only seen teenagers working here and they do not care about your food or you as a customer. They do care about joking and horseplaying with their fellow co workers and texting on their phones. I would say dont waste your money here but we still seem to on occasion. They should just close it down, I doubt anyone would really miss the crappy service. I know I wouldnt.

If you are looking for a great shake in Ogden, this is one of the best. They have so many different options to put in shakes. The options are seriously limitless. Arctic Circle doesnt have the most unique food but their fries are absolutely delicious. Fries and shakes are the best combination though so there really isnt much else that you need for a great late night snack.

I used to go to this Arctic Circle quite a bit because it was tasty. However, tonight we went and first of all, they got the order all wrong. Then they made sure to show this extreme displeasure at fixing it. Then when they fixed it, the food they gave us was disgusting! Needless to say, we arent going back.

We went there once and the food was stale and cold. Gave them a second chance, and had the same experience. It took forever for us to even get our cold food. Handed the cashier my money and he sneezed all over the place. Will not be going back and would not recommend this place! GO TO JAKES OVER THE TOP!!!

good "fast food". Employees seem as if they are annoyed and the food took forever for me to receive it, and I walked into the restaurant at 1:07...on a Tuesday afternoon. It was dead. Hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Also they are insanely expensive for a completely wrong order... Not happy

We ordered our food from a very snappy rude worker and then waited 25 minutes for food and when we did get our food it was cold and not even worth eating when we asked for a manager the worker pointed behind her and walked away. Complete waste of $15 will not return

Never been to a restaurant that would be so many mistakes on one order. First off, they didnt bother repeating the order. Second, they shorted us a sandwich and drink. And finally, they served us the wrong sandwiches. Yeah, not coming back to this location.

I love eating at Arctic Circle, they get my order right every time I come in. but to you people who freaking get your orders wrong is because you didnt order right. The employees at Arctic Circle are amazing. Dont blame them for something you did.

30 minutes to get 2 shakes and a taco salad , the salad didnt even have tomatoes, by the time they bagged it for me shakes were melted. And no it was not busy at this time. I will find another article circle from now on.

The employees speak and provide service as if they dont want to be there. Simple orders take up to 15 minutes to fulfill, and are often wrong. Horrible service, mediocre food. Definitely wont be coming back.

Just spent 22 dollars on the worst food ever. Took forever to get cold burgers and cold fries. The diet Dr Pepper doesnt even resemble what it should taste like. Restaurant is dirty. We wont be back!

Best shakes and malts for the price! Only complaint is the service at this location is slower than usual. No big deal, but sometimes I wont go to the drive-thru here because itll make me late.

We enjoyed the unlimited fries, but they no longer offer this deal. That and the ice cream are the only reasons we go. The place needs to be updates and it needs a really good cleaning.
