This was the second worst dining experience of my entire life. Server stated that he had, "Just got there" and needed time to get up to speed. Had to order my beer twice from him and then the bar tender brought over the wrong thing. There were about 10-15 people in the entire place w/dirty tables everywhere. The food took over an hour to get to the table and the only thing anyone ever said to us (there were 4 of us) was, "You guys ordered right after that huge table, really sucks, sorry". That was it. Nobody bothered to come around to explain what was going on... just nothing. Once the huge table left (12 people... 12 PEOPLE), the bar tender started to complain about how they had "asked to much of her" and that she could "only do what she could do". This was loud enough that we heard it on the other side of the kitchen wall about 15 away. Very unprofessional. The entire staff, with the exception of the cook who seemed like he was actually embarrassed about our wait, was the most unprofessional and uncaring group I have yet to encounter... EVER. The only reason I didnt get up and walk out was that we had already waited for over an hour and needed to get back to work... should have just waited for the 45-60 minute wait across the street. At least they were up-front with their wait and they were actually busy (people lined up out the door). In defense of the situation. I reached out to the franchise owner and he was glad I had taken the time to let him know about this experience. I have had a wonderful time at several other locations of Wing Nutz, just not this one.

A group of me and my friends were looking for somewhere close by to get something to eat. Some of us wanting wings and others a burger. Weve heard about Wing Nutz and with nose of us going there before we decided it was time to try something new. That turned out to be a big mistake. The menu was really focused on chicken and to most of our dismay they only had a turkey burger. Then we were told they were out of cheese ruining any chance to get a quesadilla. By the time we sat down we waited 15 mins for the waiter to take our order then we waited 40 mins to receive our food. A slow Friday night shouldnt take this long to receive barely warm food. The table we sat at gave us a good look and the kitchen whos staff was young. Who was more focused on having a good time than cooking our food and serving their costumers. The portion size is somethings youd be kicking yourself for spending $6 on 5 boneless wings. I would have be happier getting a ten piece mcnuggets. Not to mention our customer express was just awful. We asked our waiter before we even ordered if there was an military discount and we were informed that there is one. We ended up getting our checks from someone else and was not given the discount. We asked the guy who gave us the checks about the discount and he replied with a very rude tone there isnt one. The only thing that they did right was the drinks like they wanted us to wait so long to buy more. From a hour of waiting, to cold food and bad price for portion size. This was my first and certainly last time at wing nutz.

Went in last Friday after a ton of hesitation, because of the lack of service we have received in the past from the GM to The AGM who I think is still there is name is Guch and right on down to the servers, we would have to ask to get our drinks refilled and that was after waiting ten minutes and them walking past our tables seeing they were empty. This last Friday we decided to go there cause the wings are amazing, we were expecting the same service, but out pops the new GM whos name is Jacob and we got talking to him about his plans and so that kind of put us back on the fence, tonight we decided to go on to see if it was just a fluke thing and not something real, but we got an amazing server named Steve who blew us away every time we were about to ask for something, cause he had already done it and was dropping it off at our table, we were completely amazed. After talking to Steve and him reiterating some of the same things Jacob was talking about, I can honestly say that I will be back to my regular status no questions asked. With these two rockstars taking care of us I know I will never have anything to worry about. Thank you Jacob and thank you Steve, you two are incredible and a huge asset to the Wing Nutz in Taylorsville. Cant wait to eat there again.

My husband and I decided to check this place out again after many months of not coming here cause of horrible service. When we walked in we didnt recognize any of the faces, we were immediately greeted by a gentleman named Steve and after sitting at the bar we ordered drinks and less then a minute later they were in front of us. We got talking to him about our frustrations with this place and why we have stayed away, he went on to assure us that its a new day and that horrible service will be no longer, he was a great bartender and never let our beers get empty, he could carry on a conversation and was very open about what his general manager Jacob is trying to build there, and it made my husband and I say to Steve that we are excited and they can be expecting us every Saturday and Sunday for football. So glad that they got new management in there and we never asked Steve if he was a manager, but if he isnt they need to make him one fast, he knows what he is doing, he talks to guests like he has known them forever and he never once made me feel uncomfortable or not wanted. Wish I would of got his phone number to see what days he is working so I can go in there on those days. So excited for this new chapter of Wing Nutz Taylorsville.

Started off really well with our waiter Jacob and his witty personality. Very patient with us and our 3 kids we had with us. We ordered buffalo chips with our wings and sat around for quite some time waiting on our buffalo chips. Once they were up, Jacob immediately went to grab them and for some reason had them sent back. As I watched the chef I noticed her with her gloves on holding her cell phone with the gloves and talking it up. I thought to myself 1: gross! And 2: maybe had she not been on the phone our buffalo chips would have come out correctly and in a timely manner! I expressed this to Jacob who agreed! My gf was disappointed in her wings that had hardly any flavor. Had it not been for Jacobs excellent service, great personality and friendly vibe I would have scored my experience with a 1 star rating. My suggestion: Get rid of your lady chef that isnt practicing sanitization in the kitchen or caring about the food shes sending out to customers!
