I made a large takeout order on the phone. I waited the 30 mins they needed to have it ready. When I arrived it was not ready and I was told it would not be ready for another 20 mins. I decided to sit down and have a beer and watch a game while I waited. After about 15 minutes my food arrived. With enough food for 7 people in my hand I handed the money for the beer to the bartender. She refused it and said I had to order food. I said, "I did, its right here". She said no I had to sit down for a meal because I had a beer. I told her I would not have ordered a beer if I had been told about this insane rule. I told her I was not going to sit down for a meal and she could either take my money for the beer or not. She said that would not do. I then reached into my bag of food and ate a piece, thinking this would resolve this insane standoff. She threatened to call the police instead. That was not good enough. I offered to buy some fries as they were the cheapest. She said that would be fine but I had to sit and eat them. I said I did not want fries and I will not be forced to eat them. She decided to call the police. The cop was apparently very close because he arrived almost instantly. I figured he would think this was as insane as I did, but apparently it is a serious crime here not to eat a french fry with your beer and a huge takeout order of food it not sufficient. I asked him if he planned to handcuff me to the table and shove french fries in my mouth or take me to jail? He let me leave. I wrote to BWW about this abhorrent behavior by the store but they did not care enough to respond. On a side note, as far as the food quality it is poor. Not simply because BWW food is a bit sketchy to begin with, but this location is strangely much worse than most others I have been too. Dry overcooked wings with little to no sauce nearly every time. This location is abominable.

I have eaten at BWW 3 times and after my last visit yesterday, I do not intend to visit again. Im sure its a great place to get drinks and watch the games or the fights, but I have no respect toward them as a food establishment. Each time I have been there, I have ordered different items and I have not been impressed whatsoever. The prices of the food are also ridiculous because I should be getting my moneys worth out of the food and the quality of it. Yesterday, I met some friends to get some food. They were seated before I got there and our waiter seemed very careless and clueless the entire time. We waited about 5 or 6 minutes before he came to take my drink order and their food orders. I waited a good 10 minutes before I actually received my water and drink, and I had to ask for it. He said he was "waiting for the bartender to make the drink and it would take a minute." The establishment was not busy and I dont know what he was waiting on. Besides that fact, just bring me a water immediately!!! When our food came out, my wrap did not have sauce on it, my friend did not have sauce on her tenders, and my other friend bit into wings that were wild instead of mild. The TVs in there are so damn loud, the waiter got the sauce wrong and my friend was red faced and sweating. When the waiter came back to our table, our drinks were empty, my friend was sweating and when he explained what had happened with the wings, the waiter said he was sort of deaf. He did not immediately offer to take the food back and redo it, he kind of looked at us like what do you want me to do about it? I just work here. After my friend requested new wings and asked to refill ALL our drinks, the manager brought the new wings out and did not ask us how our food or our service was, she dropped them and walked away. Personally, I will not step foot in BWW again.

Our trip there tonight was a 2nd chance thing. I went there with a friend a few months ago and it took forever to get our food (it was cold when we finally got it.) And the waiter seemed careless and unkempt, I told him id never go there again. Tonight was a "date" with my girlfriend and I thought "what the hell, we probably just had a bad server last time, lets take another swing at it." That thought couldnt have been further from the truth. We got there and were seated pretty quickly, the waitress introduced herself about 5 minutes later, we ordered our drinks and an appetizer, 5 minutes later the drink order came out and thats when we ordered our food. From there it was damn near 40 minutes before we got our food order and no appetizer was to be seen at all. They had to remake my plate because the kitchen made a wrap instead of a sandwich, my GFs salad was served without a fork, and our sons meal was completely cold. After that I had to reiterate that I had ordered an appetizer, we were finished eating by the time the appetizer got there. We just boxed it up. At that point our waitress brought us the bill and said something about asking her manager for a coupon for a free something or other... to which my GF chimed off," Oh! We wont be back..." I guess their fate with us is sealed. My GF got to see what I had told her about about my prior visit, first hand. I wont be wasting my time or money on this BWW ever again. That was a $53.00 lesson in bad service and crappy food. No tip was left...... I dont believe in participation trophies.

It was awful. Generally we have always had a decent experience. We brought 5 kids who were completely preoccupied by the tablets and 3 adults. Waited 20 minutes to even get our drinks and food ordered, which wasnt entirely our servers fault. She had 4 busy tables, and was the only server on the floor. 45 additional minutes passed before I decided to grab a manager who nice at first. He offered to clear one ticket as at this point we had been there for 2 hours and this adult was late for work. Yet, the rest of us still didnt have all or any of our food. We complained again, we got our food- but it only came out right for ONE order for one of the adults. The rest was wrong. Complained yet again, and he said it would only be another 3 minutes for our food. We waited another 25 minutes before we finally got our food. Meanwhile, the large table of 10-12 teenage boys, who came an hour after us were eating all of the food they had ordered and had minimal problems from what we could see and overhear. As a business manager myself, I wouldnt ever let customers leave so dissatisfied with the staff-customer interactions. Yes the problem was solved via free wrong/cold food, but the manager started to avoid us when we were rather polite about the problems we experienced. The server was not at fault, and felt like she couldnt apologize enough. I feel so sorry for her. We usually visit at least once a week, and will steer our business to the Layton restaurant. I pray for better management and kitchen staff at this location.
