Ive been eating here since 2008 before it changed its name. We ordered tonight and there were globs of goo in the Shrimp Vegetable Deluxe. When I call to let them know the lady up front tries to tell me its "starch". This was not starch its was clear and slimy globs. We go to the restaurant to show them and ask for a refund (it threw our appetite) and she gets mad saying its normal and to get it tested (yes she said that) then she says to take it next door to the police (said that too). She tries to refuse to give us the refund even thou none of the food was touched thats how gross it looked. She finally did after yelling at us to never order from there again. Like no problem lady we werent planning to. This place has lost quality not only in the food but in customer service

I ordered online, my food never showed up. After waiting for a hour, I decided to call and cancel my order because my family was hungry and I fed them something else. The lady on the phone told me not to order online but to call in and that the driver is busy. I told her that if the driver is busy then they need to call folks to give a wait time so that they can make a decision on whether or not they want to wait. I also told her that if calls get precedence; then they need to publish on their website that calls get special treatment so that I wont bother ordering online and wasting my time. Very poor service and very unprofessional.

I have never had our order right in 3 years. I ordered 3 combo meals and got one and they gave me side of shrimp, ham fried rice and chicken chow mein and charged us a very high price! I will never use them again. One cocktail sauce for 6 shrimp and I asked on the phone for enough for 6 shrimp. Wow. Missing the hard noodles twice, the soy sauce twice. Then they want you to go in and get what your missing. Foods good, service sucks

So im highly disappointed. I ordered online (charge you .50yo order online) got an email with my order total of $21.01 when guy showed up he showed me receipt said I owed $28. Food was not worth it. I got seasme chicken combo. It had weird clear googy sauce the egg roll tasted microwaved. If I know I would be over charged like this n the food would not be as expected i definitely would have ordered somewhere else.

I live just down the street from this place and it has been a wonderful place to grab some quick food when were too lazy to cook. We have been there at least a dozen times and I cant remember the food not being ready for pick up on time even once. The food itself is pretty good. I especially like their cream cheese wontons. Good food at a good price.

I love this place they have always delivered correct orders delivery is a little long to wait since I literally live 3 blocks away lol but its always hot and delicious and delivery man is super friendly and treats my kids very nicely I eat here 4x a month on average hahahah

The food is really good, and their cheap. The reason for only 4 stars is they always get my order wrong when I order online or over the phone. Theyll charge me for whatI actually wanted and deliver something different.

Terrible service! Over 2 hours for a delivery of medicore Chinese food at best. The people on the phone could care less. Their excuse is "Sorry were busy" but 2 hours?!?! Give me a break!!! Never again.

Great little Chinese place. Their delivery service is great - a little slow, but great. The food is fresh and flavorful. I am an especially big fan of their shrimp lo mein.
