We went through the drive thru and part of the order was two small root beers, which she confirmed with me before I drove up to the window. Not once did she say they were out of regular root beer or anything, but ended up pouring us diet root beer, which tastes like liquid dirt. We ordered the two drinks, a shake, and a sundae, and were not given or offered a drink holder. While waiting for our fries, they made themselves ice cream cones and began eating them, which is unprofessional. I never got a receipt. Most of the employees were just standing around talking. She said the fries were hot because they were just cooked, but they tasted like they were heated up in the microwave.

One star is way above what they deserve. My brother went in on 8/13/16 and ordered a simple meal for a family of 4 people, to-go. It took 35 MINUTES TO COMPLETE OUR ONE TO-GO ORDER. Worst time ever on fast food. This is Magna fast food, not a City Creek restaurant on Valentines Day. Done with A&W. Honestly, I dont expect this place to last long, and if they do it will be by a miracle. No wonder they had a big sign in the window basically begging for people to apply. "Start a career with us"...yeah right; no one in their right mind would want to be a part of that loser team.

TERRIBLE. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. The order was cold and soggy. They forgot our childs fries so we asked for them. While waiting (over 15 minutes at this point) I found hair in my burger. We then asked for a refund and they told us no because they didnt give us the receipt. There were receipts a mile long on the cash register. The manager finally came and gave us our money back, who looked about 16. We witnessed several people walk out.

Worst experiance I have had at a KFC. Came to celebrate my grand daughters dance program waited over 40 mins. Before we got our food. Definitely will never be coming here again. Sorry Magna you have to deal with this horrible service.

Terrible I asked three times for no onions on one burger and regular on the other and I get home and they both have onions and they took the tomatoes off of one instead.im not sure if I will go back
