My friend and I decided to have lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. The food was average at Best. The table we were seated at with the table set was filthy, it was so sticky and had a dead bug laying on it. We told our waitress and she said she would let the hostess know. So apparently it is not the waitresss job to clean a dirty table? Someone did come to clean the table and she commented that some of the tables are really bad and thats why there are covers on them. Even after wiping the table down it still felt sticky. My friend opened up her rolled napkin with her silverware in it. The silverware was dirty, mine was also dirty. We discussed leaving but since we already placed our order, we just moved to another table with a vinyl cover. Waitress was a little surprised that we moved but said it was okay. We showed her the pile of dirty silverware and napkins we were on set 5 and 6 before we found something acceptable to eat with. Waitress did apologize. We will not be going back. Definitely, didnt make a good impression and left us wondering if the kitchen utensils were clean.

Terrible. ABSOLUTELY terrible. Terrible service, food, value, everything. The tables are way too small, and the plates are way to big. Everything is crowded and WAY overpriced. Their food is undercooked and the burgers are downright revolting. The waitress didnt refill the glasses near enough and I had to suck on ice almost the whole time just to get a drink. She offered to throw it back on the grill, but I said no because I think it tastes even worse after that. My daughter got the pasta and said the noodles were undercooked, and when I confronted the waitress on the horrible meal, all she could do was rudely remark, "Well, I offered to throw it back on for you." Nobody ended up finishing their meal because of how gross it was. Really, its that bad. Overall, Ive never had a worse time at a restaurant before. I tried to just go and enjoy a relatives birthday, but I couldnt. Its crowded and uninviting, and the waitress was inexperienced and rude. Even my nine-year old has enough sense to know to never go back there again.

We were seated & a waitress came right away to take our drink order. She brought our drinks within 2 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. Apparently she doesnt understand that if you are still looking at the menu, youre most likely not ready to order. I told her "no, Im still looking at the menu" she said she would come back. Two minutes later she again asked if we were ready to order. Again, I was still looking at the menu. I said "Ill take the salad bar, because I dont know what I want yet so i will just take the salad bar" she said she would give me more time. I said "no, Im fine" The salad bar was little to be desired. The lettuce was barely green. My mother ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was burnt on one side. Of course that side was not showing when it was delivered to the table. I guess they didnt think we would notice! Bland salad, burnt quesadilla, over priced, no specials, rushed service. I will never return to a Ruby Tuesdays again.

Service as always was great. The salad bar was great but I always get it. They bring you little bite size biscuits before your entree. Good. My husband got the Triple Play .ribs, shrimp and chicken strips he said it was good. It came with fries , great. But I got a glass of White Sangria..oh my! The bartender must be used dry white wine, and used ALOT of rum for one glass. Ive had white sangria before always sweet (not to sweet) and its supposed to be refreshing not make your gag reflex work. Otherwise its a great place to meet friends, great ambiance, clean and great people who happy this is the place to be.

We wen to Ruby Tuesday this evening for dinner and overall it was extremely disappointing. First off the food is grossly over priced. My son ordered the rib and chicken fingers and the ribs were almost completely just fat. GROSS! My husband ordered a Strip Steak and it was mostly grissle and he was not happy with the sauce on it. My food was ok but for the price totally not worth it. We decided we will never go back!!!!!

Service was great, food was too until I realized Iwas eating undercooked chicken. I called it the managers attention who insisted it was fine. I took pictures of the red/pink chicken in front of him as he was trying to take it from my table. He then comped our entire dinner and wanted my information "in case we all got sick". All I wanted was for them to know the chicken was undercooked, I wasnt looking for a free meal.

Never coming back here... wouldnt be surprised if they closed soon like the superstition location. The staff was unpleasant and very impersonal. The manager played on a phone at the bar next to us the whole time. The only redeeming factor was that it was happy hour so the food and beer were cheap. Not enough to come back... Well continue to frequent Harveys public house down the road and world of beers.

They just dont know how to cook medium on a steak. It was more than well done. After alerting the server she took it back and it took longer to get even though it was to cook less. It came back to be medium rare instead of medium and my veggies were very hot but raw. The manager did make it right by removing it. So service ok, food zero especially for the price.

I had the low country shrimp & cheese grits & my husband had steak. Both meals were delicious. I liked the ambiance. Our server was very good even though he had a very large party to wait on in addition to us. He never let our drinks run dry, he brought the bill promptly & processed the payment quickly. We will be back.

They offer reservations but once you check in for your reservation they inform you that its a long wait. We were told our wait would be over an hour. The female manager that night was not sympathetic. She said she could seat us right away but we wouldnt get any service. Doesnt seem very professional.

Burger was burned almost beyond recognition. It almost bent the fork trying to cut off a piece. Normally we have been very happy with RubyTuesday but then that was the one that closed down. Yesterday I got a touch of food poisoning, not sure it came from RT, but I did have that salad Bar.

I went there with my wife and kids about a couple months ago and staff was nice, even the manager was nice and I gave her complements on how fresh the seafood was and compared to other places the prices were reasonable, in fact I will be taking my wife for dinner there tomorrow.

Tried this place a couple times and it was hit or miss. One time the salad bar was stocked and fresh, the next time the lettuce was brown and not salad bar was not stocked well. Staff has always been friendly. Okay place, but nothing exceptional.
