I have eaten there 3 times now and all I can say is Ho Ho Hum. All I have ever eaten is the wings. They tell you right up front that it will be 20 minutes to cook your order. More like 30 minutes to get my food. They do have a nice selection of flavors for the wings. BTW, everything is Ala Carte. The French Fries came with some kind of coating that I did not order. I didnt eat them and they wouldnt take it off the check. They even charge for the 64 cents for the Ranch Dressing for the wings . Who charges for Ranch dressing? I had the feeling they would charge for salt and pepper if they could. The Wings are okay. They are neither outstanding nor terrible, just average. The staff is not very friendly and dont appear to like working there. I will only go there when I have no other options. There were no paper towels in the mens room and it smelled of urine. The entire place had a feeling of uncleanliness. I probably wont go back. In summary: over priced, lack luster staff, average food.

I used to come here nearly weekly and it was the best place around. Havent been in a month or so due to not being in the area...just picked some up and not only do the recipes seem to be totally different (and for the worse), but the drinks were lukewarm and you could tell that the employees didnt care about their service. Will be finding either another store or restaurant altogether. Very sad.

Slow. I asked how long and the hostess turned and walked back stating, "Jim said hurry up". Not exactly what I asked. Then she came back and stated it will take 18 mins. Pretty in professional group.
