8/14/17 This location is terrible anymore! Im not sure what the problem has been, but they need to fix it! My mom waited FIVE MINUTES in the drive thru before beating on the window, THEN the employees turned around, SAW HER, MADE EYE CONTACT WITH HER & resumed what they were doing! What is wrong with people?! She was trying to avoid having to go in due to a sleeping child in the car, but because of the employees... she could have gotten a hefty ticket. I cannot believe the audacity of this place! This isnt the first time something like this has happened! I would like to speak with the owner of this business because obviously the only employees they have are monkeys! Usually great. Our last pizza was pretty burnt though. 10/14/16 I guess their pizzas dont come with sauce? Brought it home & couldnt figure out why it tasted funny... oh yeah, pizzas have sauce!

Weve been here several times on our business trips in from out of state. Pizza is really good! Unfortunately, attitude isnt. Unusual pizza place as well. Looks like a regular pizza sit-down place but not really a full service restaurant. Just "counter service". AKA-they bring you your pizza in boxes and you never see them again (its even hard to get them to see you at the counter after you order if you need something.) Been there during the buffet- its unusual too. They only stock if you order-at the counter. Thats fine-just not your usual buffet. Staff not friendly-zero "thank yous". We were there for at least an hour and 20 minutes and there were no other sit down customers and only one phone call. Makes you wonder if the locals know something we dont! We think we will pass next time, unfortunately.

Ordered a pizza took an hour and a half to get wrong pizza. Tipped the guy online and they said I didnt so dont tip online because they want more money wont ever oder from them again wish I could give 0 stars the lady was so rude also

Mr. Jims does not honor advertised prices. The prices are not specials or anything like that they are their online menu prices. Goodluck with your unfair business practices.
