The web site is a joke! Having worked in IT for the past 20 years I have definitely seen better web sites! It is difficult to navigate first of all. Next it is extremely hard to choose more than one unit of an item (i.e..If you want a couple of garlic butters) My main gripe comes to this: I attempted to order a pizza this past Saturday online. When I went to hit the submit button that I was told to click it wasnt there! Already frustrated I decided to call the store. When I tried to pay with the rewards card I had the funds werent available. The web site put a hold on my card! Now Im really fuming! Not only was I not able to order online I now could not even pay for it over the phone! I had to use cash which luckily I had on hand! The woman on the phone said to call back in a couple of days if the money wasnt put back on my card. I just called and of course it hasnt! A call to the store only revealed that they dont open until 4:30! WTF? Really? I knew we should have gone to Pizza Hutt where I never have this kind of trouble! Heres my one finger salute to Mr. Jims!

I have had Mr. Jims pizza on a few occasions and the pizza has been decent (so far best option in saginaw). We ordered from them last night and it will be the last time. When we ordered I was told it would be 40 min for delivery, an hour and half later the pizza showed up. I cut them a little slack because I figured it was busy, then we opened the box and our order was completely wrong. I called Mr. Jims and spoke with the manager, he apologized for the mix up and offered to give us a new pizza. We went over the order and he said it would be there in 40 min, the guy never showed up!!! Unfortunately I will have to search for another decent pizza place in town. If customer service is high on your list, dont order from Mr. Jim

Ordered our pizzas for delivery at 5:48pm on a saturday. At 7:24pm we recd order. 2 pizzas were not close to being correct. I even looked back over confirmation email from Mr Jim to see how far OFF they were on order. 3 of 4 toppings were items I have never requested on a pizza. Stix came with no Marinara(to be included as stated by website). Topper though was everything being barely room temp. I was floored. Amazing and epic failure by Mr Jim Saginaw TX. Most forgettable pizza of my life. We will never order from here again. If you are a gambler with your food...this is your place. There are essentially 2 entire large pizzas in our trash as I type this.

AFTER READING THE REVIEWS BELOW I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT TRYING THIS PLACE OUT BUT DECIDED TO AFTER ALL....LOL GUESS IM A GAMBLER!... ANYWAYS FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND MR. JIMS IS VERY RECENTL UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT... I CALLED TONIGHT AND PLACE MY A DELIVERY ORDER .... THEY WERENT OVERLY (FAKE AS I SAY IT) PLEASANT BUT FOR SURE NOT RUDE...BUT MY ORDER ARRIVED IN 45 MINUTES AND WAS ACCURATE! I EVEN TRIED THE GARLIC BUTTER CRUST WHICH IS AMAZING! I WOULD DEFINETLY ORDER FROM THEM OVER A PIZZA HUT OR DOMINOS ANY DAY... FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND I LOVE SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESS... LOL THE MAINSTREAM ONES HAVE ENOUGH OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!

Was very disappointed. Had to repeatedly give my credit card info... About 10 times. Seriously. The manager was very fond of talking rapidly and over you. Did not deliver entire order. Wings were tiny. Super tiny. Like Cornish game hen tiny. Was promised extra did not receive. The fajita chicken sticks?? Incredibly dry and flavor less. Ordered marinara with it. Did not get it. The calzone... Not good. The pizza passed muster but was cold. Over all was not impressed. Very very disappointing. Will not order from again.

First time ordering from Mr. Jims pizza and I will definitely order again. Pizza was delicious with an overload of toppings and cheese. We had it delivered in a very timely manner and our food was still hot when delivered. Cant wait to try other things from Mr. Jims.

The staff is very unfriendly and poorly mannered. I went to order a pizza for delivery and it took them over an hour to even call back saying there was a " slight delay". And on top off that, the pizza never showed up. Never again will I order here.

Dont believe the 1 star reviews. This Pizza is amazing. The new owners show great customer service and the pizza itself is great quality for local Pizza. Youll never order from Pizza hut or dominoes again!

Their pizza is excellent. Great tasting crust and nice crispy bacon toppings, they dont just use fatty bacon bits like some places. Theyre an all time favorite when ordering pizza!

Im at a hotel 6.2 miles from the oven and they "dont deliver there" What the HELL is your delivery radius the damn parking lot? what is with food service in Fort Worth?

This was the first pizza place we have tried since moving to Texas. They give you plenty of toppings and the crust was so yummy! Will order from them again soon.
