This HEB does have more than the HEB near 35 but, the atmosphere and customer service is not good. Visit an HEB in San Antonio or Universal City and you will immediately see the difference. I needed to return an item and the young man in Customer Service made it seem like I wanted to steal from HEBs safe. I had to go and get the duplicate item from the shelf myself to prove the item was from HEB, even though he pulled up my receipt and saw it was on there and that I spent over 150 dollars at HEB. This HEB does not have Oatmeal bread or even Pumpernickel bread. I recently found a store here in New Braunfels called Arlans. Its so clean and has so many more organic selections. Goodbye HEB, I really recommend that everyone find Arlans and check it out. Its 2013 HEB visit your stores and help them fix their poor customer service.

I can Always count on the team @H.E.B. Hwy 46W! Everyone is friendly & willing to see that my shopping experience comes out the best. I was there again today & was looking for a Demi-glace(veal/beef stock roux), I looked where I thought it might be, but didnt find it; So I headed to ckout w/substitutes & met Mgr Kellie-she asked Id found what I needed & I remarked abt the demi-g. Instead of apologizing & moving on, she ckd for the item & then proceeded to locate it for me! It was kinda tucked away, and we laughed abt it...then she said since Id had a tough time finding the item & it was my 1st time trying the product, she gv me a "try it on Us" card! This meant my item would be rung up as FREE!!✨ Now thats my kind of H E.B.

As far as grocery shopping goes this is the place to go. Huge selection and good prices. Fresh sushi. Prime cuts of meat. Fresh cheeses at the deli and a wide variety. If you want wine or beer, you CAN NOT beat the selection here. Lots of local craft beers. My personel favorite of this store is the wide variety of ice cream and frozen deserts. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They will drp what they are doing to help you find what you are after.

Made the mistake of asking someone at the bakery a question about one of their products got informed " this HEB is not the other HEB if you want it like that you should go to those stores" so when I asked what they had that was comparable to what I was looking for she literally said "what you see is what we have if you dont like it you can leave" I was pretty sure that the slogan for HEB is "your HEB" not "were not that HEB"

This is the worst HEB Ive ever been to. Everything is fine until I go to check out. Four straight times the checkers had mental issues. All of them are kids and not supervised worth a darn. One let my groceries fall on the ground. Another pushed the heavy groceries into my hand as I was bagging them. And much worse. They did a good job of driving me to shop at Walmart. They need competition. HEB is bad for the consumer.

Convenient location. Wide variety of products. The produce section always has some random and unusual new thing our family has never had and sometimes never heard of. Recently "Jack Fruit" was available. There is always plenty of staffing, of friendly fast and efficient helpful folks. Even during peak hours the wait time in line isnt ever very long.

What can I say, I love my HEB. Cant wait till the new one is open at IH35 and FM306, it will cut 5 minutes off my drive to the one on FM 46 & Loop 323. They have everything I need and of course a lot more, I guess I dont need much. They have the best produce in town, and a large selection and deep shelves to stock up on the fast selling items.

Good variety of products and food. Their staff and managers are the best. Sushi to seafood to beef or chicken to your favorite fruit and vegetables, there is always something for every taste. The little kitchen demos are wonderful! My kids love getting Buddy Bucks so they can earn prizes.

the two people working the floral dept at 5pm on 7-1-15 are useless. dont know anything about flowers or customer service. somebody should train them on what to do when someone wants to buy flowers and walks around their area. they stand there talking to each other

This HEB is "my" HEB! It distresses me that almost every time I go there I observe 2 or more Supervisors/Mangers standing around the checkout area talking, laughing and just having a good time while I watch customers bagging their own groceries. Why is that?

HEB is the best place for groceries in all of Texas! The staff is friendly and helpful and theres a wide selection of grocery items available. There are also two cooking areas offering meal suggestions, recipes, and samples!!

Friendly staff and good selection of foods for any needs, the parking lot is large and the deli bar works quickly and efficiently. The beer and wine selection is large, but lacking in the high end department.

Standard HEB, but they dont have gas and the parking lot can be crowded. I recommend coming outside of busy hours. Gets very busy weekends and afternoons.
