I went awhile back because I was in the area. Got my dozen all selected to find out they only take cash. What? So I had to leave, do a U-turn on Schertz parkway and head to find an ATM. ATM thats right there at the corner store charges an arm and a leg. Than had to head back to pay with the cash....donuts were good but I have never been back because I never carry cash. I understand taking cards cost money but it cost customers more money to use the ATM! There are other donut stores in the area, ones that can be frequented without having to first stop at an ATM so thats where we go instead.

Good service and donuts. Only takes cash/check which is not that convenient. We ordered kolaches... Dont do it. There was more bread than anything and the jalapeños kolaches are not spicy at all. If you want a good kolache, drive to Buckees in New Braunfels. Its a little drive but the food is way better.

My husband, daughter, and I always come here for brunch and we love the food and the owners. Mr. and Mrs. Tan are so kind and are always happy to see us when we come visit. <3 I love how my husband and I used to go there as teenagers and now our daughter gets to eat all of the delicious food we used to enjoy.

I used to go to this place frequently in high school. Four years later Im in town and so happy royal donut it still around. Always friendly service, and great breakfast. The potato egg and cheese tacos are my favorite. Dont forget the salsa!

Sausage and cheese Kolache are AMAZING! Their doughnut holes are soooo light and airy. Delicious blueberry cake doughnuts. Definitely a hidden treasure in Schertz!
