The waitress/cashier was rude did not feel very welcome. Look like she was annoyed to take my order. Was planning to dine in and she set it up for takeout. Clearly did not want to serve us. I was new to the area and looking for a good Mexican restaurant. Decided to still try the food. Tacos werent worth it AT ALL. They were $2.50 each. You get more from Taco Bell then you do from them. Definitely will not go back or recommend anybody to go to this restaurant. I can say the bakery person helping us was okay. But that one waitress and food just completely turn us off from ever going back. I hope they closed the place down and bring in some other restaurant that welcome their customers business.

Went with 3 other people, taco part was closed but bakery wasnt, one of my friends asked if they could make us tacos, the mexican lady answered with a shake of a head. As my friends were walking out i heard the lady loudly tell my friend "no vamos a hacer tacos idiota estupido". As the only spanish speaker in the group i heard her loud and clear. Then after i told my friend that the lady had called him a stupid idiot. Do not eat or go here. Disrespectful rude employees and we are just teenagers.

Sadly the only option I was given as minimum was 1 star. Customer Service FAIL, friendly FAIL you name it. After being so frustrated my mother thought shed receive better service FAIIIIIILLLLLLLL! She even told me as she was there how other customers had the same complaint. I ended up searching for another bakery in line since I was waiting for so long. I found the most wonderful place right down the street Mayras Bakery. Since Ive left Ive never been back.

The lady at the front desk clearly doesnt understand that restaurant businesses thrive on good customer service. Had I not been so hungry I would have walked out the first time she said "WHAT" to me and then again when she yelled "HUH" to my husband. The fact that there is nobody else in the restaurant should have screamed leave now. When we do receive our food, even if its the best tamales we have ever had we will not come back !

Horrible... i believe this place has yet to evolve out of the stone age. If you want to feel like an inconvenience not be greeted and never get served this is a place for you. I live down the road from this place and all can do is warn you. Expect nothing from this establishment and you will not be disappointed. Go to Oscars taco house. You wont feel discrimination. Got some pan de dulce this afternoon and when I got home notice there were bugs on the bread. I took it back for a refund and the cashier was arguing with me and stated that there was no way there could be any bugs. I informed her that I had witness that saw the bugs. It used to be my favorite paneria. The lady was rude, but in the end I got my refund.

Waitresses there only thing that men give good tips so theyre only going to give the best service to men period Im a woman and I eat alone but the service was absolutely horrible the last 5 times Ive eaten there while I sat and watched them 10 to a table of three men multiple times and I couldnt even get a refill on my drink..... Sorry,but true...

I just order today they forgot 2 tacos which is no problem so I call back andtell them they forgot 2 of my tacos... they put me on hold and say they wont fix it wtf this place has worst service ever I will never come back!

Always go in for breakfast tacos or breakfast plates, and all the food has been great tasting so far. The staff are also friendly and the pan dulce is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Need to get health inspectors in to check out bakery. Also the food area cuz saw flies and gnats inside bakery display. Workers were rude and didnt speak English.
