Went to SC BBQ for lunch today. Their Rolls, as usual are fabulous. I I did not want a sandwich; nor did I want a full meal. I am diabetic and limit my portions to certain amounts. There was no "Senior Meal". I had agreed to pay for the meat without a bun at the sandwich price of $6.25. But when I got to check out; I was told my total was $9.24. I was a bit stunned at the cost since I only had meat and a drink. I have a suggestion. Instead of having only a Kids Meal--Make it a Kid & Senior Meal for the same price and amounts of food. That way a senior can feel like they are getting the benefit of a meal for the amount of money.

This is one of my favorite bbq restaurants. I always choose the sliced beef sandwich and it is absolutely amazing. The meat is very tender with a delicious smokey flavor. They have an original tasting sauce and seasoning on their brisket. I love the fact that they toast their bread, and they even let you choose how lean you like your brisket or if you want a little marble and bark With it. They have super friendly service and fresh from the oven hot complimentary rolls. Their food is also reasonably priced. Overall I highly recommend this place. It is worth the drive for their food.

Ate there for the first time and had a poor experience. The beef was very dry and the other sides were simply OK. For the price I paid, I expected better. To top it off, I got up to get a drink refill and as I was walking back, I had to stop the busboy for clearing my plate from the table. I was only gone 45 seconds tops and half of my food was still on the plate! Overall, very poor experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The manager Matt went above and beyond for my family today. My wife and daughter ate here and my little girl (4 years old) had to go to the bathroom. So unknowingly the staff cleaned up there table(toys and all)why they were gone and when Matt was told what happened he went next door and got her 2 toys from McDonalds and gave her some chicken to make it right. Thank you very much Matt you guys have our business =)

A Really Bad Goy
This place is awesome. I was waving my rebel flag in front (not in) of their property out in the street, and apparently they got negative calls about me, thinking I represent their business. They calmly approached me and requested me not to do it, and they told me they will be more than happy to have me eat there. Also the food was amazing too. Highly recommend this place!

Stopped in today as I have many times. I normally get ribs but am on a limited diet and was going to get a baked potato. Looked at the menu board and saw a baked potato with butter and sour cream is $5.75. For real? Dang near $6 bucks for a plain baked potato. I will NEVER spend another dime in your restaurant and am gonna do my best to steer my buddies somewhere else.

Since we did not have a location in the Texarkana area we had to wait until we got down to the DFW area to go to Spring Creek and now since we have moved to Tyler and first time we ate at this location was in November 2015 and then again around Christmas time. Each time we have eaten at any of the locations their customer service was great and the food was good also.

I was reluctant to go here because of the poor reviews, but I was wonderfully surprised. Went during lunch and got the lunch special, portion sizes were amazing and I got to serve myself on the bar with sides. Service was great, unlimited rolls served to your table, and the food was delicious. Easy 5 star from me.

Really love the food, but stood for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order for cobbler and ice cream. They were busy talking and ignoring the fact they had a customer. They looked at me and just acted like I wasnt there. Maybe this is why at 12:30 on a Saturday there is very little people there

Food was pretty good..green beans were seasoned well and delicious! That was my first time there. Hannah and Gabby really treated my family with warm welcoming southern hospitality! Customer service surely makes a first impression! I definitely recommend giving Spring Creek a visit

This place has the nicest staff and some legit Barbecue. Friends tried the chicken, brisket, and ribs. All of it was great. The older locals frequent here which is always a good sign. Give it a try.
