would of have it zero star if I could I placed an order at 7:30 got the order around 8:45 they forgot my wings told the delivery guy (which I tipped anyway) about it he said he just delivery what they hand him called the store told me it would be about 30 minutes they came back with them. My daughter went to eat them they were spicy instead of honey bbq so had to call them again they said them would have them back out never showed up with the wings so I called back and they told me they was closed but they could credit me worst experience ever will never order again!!!

2 weeks ago placed an order that took about 50 minutes to arrive, I was disappointed but got over it! The problem was they forgot 1/2 my order and the drive said he would be back with it shortly. 50 more minutes later he wasnt back and he had taken my money, and about 15 bucks more than the order cost! NEVER CAME BACK I called the store and the manager said he had gone home??? THEFT BY DICEPTION COMES TO MIND. Manager contacted and he rudely brought my money back!!!! came close to calling police

They skimp out on sauce, pizzas come out dry half the time, the wings I ordered were slopped into the container and drowned in sauce instead of spun in the sauce, so it was like dipping your hand into a tar pit to get one of the under sized wings. They dont accept coupons, even when they were given to you because of a mistake they made. Its just sub par for supposedly being the upper end of fast food pizza. Go to dominos, cheaper and you know exactly what youre getting.

Best pizza hut location Ive ever been to, lucky to have it here in West Columbia. Particularly when Patrick is at the helm, I know all my special requests will be spot on every time. Ive found that rare among pizza huts around the houston area. Most negative reviews here are related to delivery, which adds an entire new set of variables. I always order mine online then immediately go wait at the store for it, to be sure to get it fresh & hot as possible.

We just moved into our new house today. We were exhausted. Ordered pizza and wings. The pizza arrived but he forgot the wings. The pizza tasted great......we waited for about 30 min for the wings.....they finally arrived......they were not good......we didnt eat them because they tasted like they werent even cooked all the way through. I still tipped the delivery guy........because its just what I do. Doubt if I will be using Pizza Hut again anytime soon.

EVERY time I call in a delivery they NEVER have a driver. The food is much more expensive than dominos and doesnt have as many options. For a small town with only two pizza places Im surprised dominos hasnt pushed Pizza Hut out with how poorly they can actually serve their customers.
