I normally like Pizza Ranch for what it is, but this is hands down the worst Pizza Ranch I have gone to. The buffet is limited and the three times I have gone the pizza at the buffet has been sitting out for a long time. They have Pizzas sitting on top of the oven the whole time as well. Is gross, why should I have to eat crusty and rock hard pizza? I wanna give em a break here, but it just doesnt seem to be managed well at all. I am hoping you guys can make the right changes, but as it it is now, I dont eat here because I dont want to get food poisoning from food thats been left out under heat lamps way to long.

The food was good, but the svc was terrible. More reservations were accepted from 2 busloads of people, along with others traveling on their own. There was nothing on the hot food bar. There was 1 piece of pizza when I got to the pizza bar. The tables were full of dirty dishes. We had to push aside the dirty dishes to sit down to eat (when we did get some food.). There was food on the hot bar when we were ready to leave, so practically all of us didnt get any. The mgr kept saying well catch up in about 10 minutes. There were still dirty dishes all over the tables when we left. Will never stop there again.

We stopped here, as we have visited a number of Pizza Ranches and like them. They had some reasonable specials, so we ordered a large one topping and a small specialty pizza. Our pizzas arrived in a timely manner, but neither was cooked completely, let alone to our liking. In addition to the poor food, the restaurant area had black flies flying around everywhere. We spent time between bites swatting away the flies. We did not finish our meal. This place definately gives Pizza Ranch a bad reputation.

I was skeptical about eating here after the reviews, but it was where the family wanted to go. We were helped right way when we arrived and the staff was pleasant. The restaurant was clean. The food was fresh and they had a wide variety of pizzas. We were in from out of town on a Saturday night. They werent packed, but busy and they did a good job of clearing off tables and keeping food out.

Staff was friendly, but the restaurant didnt have the things that other Pizza Ranches do like ice cream, different types of coffee, chicken tenders, mojos, and had a very small salad bar. The pizza was old and dry. There was no coffee and when we asked for some they brought a pot out, no cream etc.

When I came in they asked me if I had any pizza requests and I replied with "Thin crust buffalo chicken" I get the pizza 20 minutes later and they made it completely wrong by adding tomato paste instead of Buffalo sauce. Are you KIDDING ME ??? POOR SERVICE!!!!

The name of this pizza place made me skeptical. But guess what? It has really good pizza. They get it to you in about ten minutes too. I dont know how they do it, but they do. Lets just say it was a really pleasant surprise!

Gross pizza and everyone who works there looks questionable in terms of hygiene and warrants. Theres a bowling ally and a bar attached. Still gross placr. It feels.dirty inside and I was only there 5 min picking up a pizza

It was just plain awful!! There were only 3 people working on one of the busiest days of the year. Almost all the food was gone and after 45 minutes, wasnt filled. Wont be going again!

Not worth the call. Ordered pizza gave my card number. They show up and tell me i have not paid. I told them to keep the pizza. The boss was very rude to me and the delivery guy.
