For chickfila to go to all the trouble they obviously have gone to, its a shame they havent trained their cashiers in basic customer courtesy. Our order came out wrong so I took it back to get it corrected and Jennifer, the server/cashier/order taker/face of chickfila, proceeded to tell me that we didnt order it that way. Well, we did order our kids meals with the cinnamon applesauce, which is the whole reason the kids wanted to come here, but that is beside the point. Even if we had not specified, what ever happened to customer courtesy. "Oh Im sorry, let me make that right for you". Instead, she decides to carry it even further with another helping of, "you didnt order it that way". She made the order right, but I can get all the attitude I need from my own kids and not have to pay for it. It just seemed a shame, given that an otherwise "above and beyond" experience could be completely derailed by one unprofessional young server with attitude. Even my 8 yr old was floored. "Why did she say that daddy?"

I love chick fil a, but at this particular location I received my order in bad condition. The first incident was when my fries were completely burnt. They were burnt to a point to where they had no potato in them whatsoever. The second incident occurred when I paid for a large fry with my meal and I only received a medium. I dont know what evatly it is when I order from Here on why my order gets messed up. I used to come to this location a lot years back but since then it seems that the service has also gone down and they do not take much precaution when training employees to be warming and illustrate good customer service skills. I would love to go back here but I do not like spending money at a restaurant and not getting what I pay for.

We waited more than 30 mins before realizing our food was never going to be ready. They lost our order! Two minutes later they handed us our food. It tasted as though they found where it was misplace that whole time and just gave it to us. It was not fresh, just soggy, cold food which was disgusting and inedible. Didnt offer a discount nor apology, just an "oops"! The facility is filthy, you stick to everything your hands and feet touch. The bathroom is the same; truck stops are way cleaner! In fast food Chick-fil-a used to be the gold standard, now Id say they are at or (for sure at this location) well below par.

What can I say about this place that hasnt already been said? The food is so wonderful. Ive enjoyed it for years and of all the fast food in the surrounding area, this is without a doubt, my number one, never get tired of, pick. The staff at each and every location is happy and pleasant to talk to. They go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is the best it can be. Clean dining room and fast service. I cannot say enough great things about Chick-Fil-A!

The drive-through line was crazy long so I was considering not going at all. However, the chicken sandwich was calling my name and so I thought I would endure the line. When I pulled up they had two Chick-fil-A employees taking my order and allowing me to pay for it before I even got to the drive-through window. The double line that wrapped around the building took me about 90 seconds to get through. If only they would be open on Sunday, my life might be complete.

There food is usually great, yesterday I got grilled chicken that tasted like fish. They have been poring on the spices too much lately also. The fried potatoes are loaded with salt. Here in the last month or so theyve had some really rude employees in the front Late in the afternoon and evening. My family has been eating at their places for years and never has it been so bad. The store has really takin a dive in cleanliness lately too.

I ordered on Saturday during a rush and my food was warm not hot. I called to get my food remade and sat on hold for over 8 minutes and finally hung up. Sunday chic fil a is closed im aware. I made a call today to have my food replaced and the Manager asked me do i still have the food?! Horrible customer service and i payed 7.52 for cold food. Step it up Cfa.

Fool me once, hair in my soup; fool me twice, hair in my sandwich. I love Chick-fil-A. But my last two trips at this location, I had hair (or clumps of hair) in my food. They wanted me to show them, but I wasnt gonna go back at their busiest time for them to do anything about it. Just keep an eye out for stray hairs.

Most Chick Fil A locations are a 5 star for me, this one has almost always been that way. A couple of times I received poor service, including refusing to serve me a menu item because they were "almost closed," so I docked a star because Im unforgiving.

What can I say, you cant ever go wrong with this place. They always have a really long line, but they always are good at getting people in and out quickly. The minor wait is so worth it! And the customer service is always impeccable.
