Clean. Fast service. The drive-thru staff need to not talk so fast. With their thick accents and talking so fast you cant understand them (I speak Spanish and still have trouble understanding them). Also, their drive-thru monitor has been broken for a long time and needs to be repaired. Food is always hot and fresh. Manager is always on point.

I went there last night and ordered for my 5 kids and my husband and I an lets just say burgers was switched up and 6 tacos had hotsause on them and NO NUGGETS. I dont live far because Im from Splendora but damn really??? So I are pb&j and gave my food to my babies and my husband just had tacos! All because they cant double check the food!!

I pulled up to the drive through and attempted to place my order, and was told twice that they couldnt hear me. When I raised my voice in order to be heard, I was refused service, told that I had to leave, and that they were calling the police. I or my friends and family will not be giving them any more business.

They messed up 5 items on my 4 meal purchase.. no dressing for my salad, no dressing for the pita, 1 medium fry for my chicken stripe meal my jalapeño poppers and forgot to remove the lettuce from my chicken sandwhich.. terrible

Didnt get the food how we asked for it even after we asked 3 times because the lady taking the order has a hard time understanding English. The things that we got wrong were burned as well. Crappie service all the way around.

I am never allowed to make separate orders, half of the time something is missing or has to be sent back to fix something. They are always "short staffed" and slow.

I visit here maybe 4 times a month, service is good, staff is friendly, and bathroom is clean most of the time, sometimes the floor can be sticky. Pricing is so so.
