1) the drive through screen doesnt work. She repeated my order it was wrong. She corrected it well so I thought. I pulled up to the drive through paid and waited. 2) waited for 10 min for an ultimate bacon cheese burger and cheese fries. 3) I get home and the cheese fries have cheese on 2 fries. I took a picture its awful. 4) I called and she was rude. Tried to tell her what happened she said ya I was here. Well did you look at my non exsistant cheese on my fries. I stopped at Taco Bell for food but the line was long. I should have stayed and waited. Cause Im a super picky eater. Now I wont eat any of my food because I dont have cheese fries and Im not going back up there to have them remake it cause Im not about to have spit in my food. Check your food before you leave. They didnt mind charging me 2 bucks for cheese and not putting it on there.

I love Jack-in-the-Box However this location is below par for the up and coming Kingwood area. Bathroom was Horrible, eating area dirty, and generally brings down the surrounding area. Employees do not represent the community properly. Other fast food joints in Kingwood hire students from the local high school. At least bearing smiles on their faces. However the employees are unhappy, disproportionate and do not correctly represent the community. We feel like this location is bringing the community down. It needs to be remodeled with new management or removed. Our Home owners association is starting a petition to do just that this summer. REVIVE THIS LOCATION TO KINGWOOD STANDARDS OR REMOVE IT!

Although I was an indecisive customer with kids pulling at her from all directions the young man behind the counter never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced by me or my kids. He was really sweet. Food came out quickly, was hot and fresh, and tasted good. Not a bad experience at all.

Ask for easy ice twice at window, doesnt appear on the order screen. At window, the drink is already made.. filled with ice. Ask "is this easy ice?", pointing to full ice cup? Says yes. Incompetent and intentional.

Quick and friendly service. They are not stingy at all on giving you the sauces you need and I really appreciate that. The curly fries are my favorite and the burgers always taste fresh.

The food has always been fine and has tasted good but the drinks never have enough of the soft drink syrup in them, so they just taste like carbonated water.
