I wish there was an option to choose NO STARS! I normally dont give reviews, good or bad. But this CiCis is by far the worst! When we came in no one greeted us. My girlfriend jokingly said it herself to us. When we got to the counter the cashier said "just two?" I said yes & she quickly gave me the total. I didnt get a chance to say I wanted a larger cup, add wings... NOTHING! I let that go. So we made our way to the buffet line. There was not a good selection of pizza out. I figured we caught the line when more pizza was being prepared. (WRONG! There was not a good selection the entire time we were there.) I let that go. The signs say there are now 3 stuffed crust pizzas. I asked quicky what were the other two (only pepperoni was out). Quicky McQuick Fingers says "oh I think today was the last day for those she (I dont know who she is, I assume a manager) said not to make any more of those. I let that go. We go to get our drinks (mind you, in my small cup because I didnt get the chance to up size due to Quicky McQuick fingers on the register). My girlfriend doesnt drink soda so of course she wants tea. The ice is out. Quicky McQuick Fingers walks by & says "oh yea, I thought I told yall the ice was out" I said no, you didnt. She said "well maybe I did maybe I didnt but its out". I asked how long will it take until some more is made. She said "I think its broken or something". So basically I got charged for a drink my girlfriend cant drink because nobody likes hot sweet tea. I let that go. I made my way to the restroom & in the only stall they have there is poop on tissue on the floor. YES, HUMAN FECES ON THE FLOOR!!! THAT DEAR GOOGLE, I CANNOT LET GO!!! So, this review is brought to you in part by no greeting, no upsize cup, no pizza options, no ice & POOP!! The only good thing about the visit was the Bacon, ranch thin crust pizza. Thats it! Shout out to whoever made that!

First Mr. Gattis, and now it looks like CiCis will be on its way out. My husband and I visited this location a few weeks ago for the first time in several years and we were disappointed with what we found. When we found the parking lot and dining room empty, we probably should have kept them empty. If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. While we know CiCis is a value pizza buffet and were not expecting gourmet food, the quality of food wasnt really acceptable. Between the two of us, we sampled every item and found it all inedible: The pizza dough was tough and flavorless, there was NO detectable sauce on ANY of the pizza, the macaroni on the macaroni pizza is an abomination in the name of "macaroni and cheese", nothing was hot... Down the line, everything was horrible. Who I suspect are the now owners/operators of this location greeted us as we walked through the door, rang us up, gave us change with his bare hands, then proceeded to arrange and condense pizzas with his bare hands that had not been washed which is a HUGE food safety violation. Other than the owners, the only other associate within view was a Hispanic female who seemed super uncomfortable with the public and she wouldnt make eye contact. The interior is the same as it was when I was in high school 13+ years ago. Nothing FEELS clean, and the restroom was horrible. For $20+ tax this was worse than being taken at a casino. At least at the casino you get free alcohol

Im pregnant, and I love Cicis, I always ate there in El Paso, but I started craving it when I was down here in Tomball, so I tried out this location, let me just say, this might have made me want to NEVER eat at a Cicis pizza ever again. All of the employees were rude! I asked for a buffalo pizza and she sighed and rolled her eyes. Then as I looked around a bunch of tables were covered in dirty plates, there was no ice in the soda machine and when I let the manager know she rolled her eyes. Then when I FINALLY got a drink, all the soda lacked carbonation, it tasted so nasty, and when I yet again she said "well you want your money back for the drinks or what?" the food was the most disgusting food Ive ever eaten, there were only a few options of pizza and they were either drenched in grease or looked like theyd been there for days, the only good thing were the cinnamon rolls. This was the worst worst worst pizza experience Ive ever had. Im surprised this place isnt shut down yet!

Was just here... And wont be back...no parmesan or red pepper out on the tables, napkins were hard to find,cashier tried to say that 2 and under eat for free when clearly on the board it was 3 and under, difficult to reach dressing at salad bar, tea mislabeled ( one container said sweet another said unsweet both had spouts that said unsweet, sweet tea turned put to be unsweetened) while sitting down eating my food one employee would go around cleaning tables, that was good during the lunch rush, yet as he cleaned tables around me I kept getting sprayed...seriously the tables next to me had no one on the other side so spray in that direction NOT TOWARD a customer WHILE THEY ARE EATING!

7/26/15 1. The A/C was out. It was very hot. 2. The employees were very disrespectful and did not speak back when i asked how they were doing. 3. Floors were not clean and looked sticky 4. There was flies all over the salad bar, couldnt eat any salad. 5. The pizza looked dried out, looked like it had been there for hours 6. Did not have any spoons the entire time i was there. 7. I hate how they do not get your plates while your eating, you have to eat with dirty plates surrounding your table.

We took our students to a field trip at this location and the customer service was amazing! The restaurant was clean and the General Manager, Nikki, and the Store Manager, Danic, both gave my students a great tour of the facility with questions afterwards. They then got to make their own pizzas afterwards and had a blast! Thank you Nikki and Danic for helping us kick-off our summer with a wonderful experience!

Everything was very enjoyable a good temperature. Daniel manager went beyond the management expectations. Helped us get on senior bus while it was raining despite having an umbrella to keep us covered he got wet. From the group they always had a good experience at this CiCis keeps us coming back havent been in a while but will be back thanks to the management and his crew fantastic

No pasta for 30 mins. No clean bowls. Severely short-staffed. Had to tell the kitchen twice that people were at the front. No barbque pizza. Messy floors. Some people with NO SHOES were allowed inside the restaurant. Deplorable conditions with no upside. Would rather take my pizza money elsewhere and I suggest you should too!! Sports comparison: Every BUST in every sport EVER!

Dirty place period. There was more pizza on the floor than on the actual pans. Napkins every where when it was hard to locate in the first place. The staff look like they dont want to be here. The girl with Kool aide red hair took her 5 minutes to attend us with no smile. Used dirty dishes on every table. Never ever coming here again.
