I visit several Panda Expresses... but this one falls short.....BIG! I stopped by on a Thursday evening at 4pm. I went to place an order to go. While standing waiting for the order taker to come, I could see a worker, Caucasian male, slam a box of what appeared to be frozen food on the floor repeatedly. His actions were as he was trying to loosen or break apart something in the box. Once he saw that I was looking, he picked the box up and proceeded to the prep area. I placed my order...noodles, vegetables and charbroiled chicken. They were out of chicken and the lady who was taking my order said it would take 10 minutes. I agreed to wait. I noticed she sat me noodles and veggies on the side and so I thought...that portion of my food would be cold once the chicken was done. The lady who was taking care of me called back and said, "I need more chicken". She continued helping others in line. I didnt see anyone start the chicken request. The order taker finished helping others, looked at me and called back to the cooks...."I need more chicken". The order taker took care of more customers, finished with them and then looked at me again. She again called out for the chicken to be cooked. Her and the Caucasian male exchanged words and he started slamming things in the prep area. I told her this is ridiculous and I left.

I just left panda @ Cypress. And I must say I am very disappointed. First off, we have one lady asking us what wed like and another interrupting her while shes talking to us. Second, Im extremely disappointed in the food. Im assuming they changed cooks because I didnt see the one I always see. This food made by the cook that was there was not right...the fried rice was crispy, the string bean chicken looked like it had been left on the heat too long because the chicken was beginning to look at bit crispy as well. While were there the manager is calling out the cook pretty loudly instead of pulling him to the side, we could hear her across the room. Another customer is at the register waiting to pay but no one was there. And last but not least, all the workers leave their posts to go to the back to look for some keys one of the workers lost or misplaced. The kitchen and dining area were left unattended. Wont be coming back to this location. Weve been going for years and this is the first time Ive ever been disappointed.

For a new place its kind of disgusting. The bathroom floor was slippery with some kind of residue all over it and most of the tables were dirty and had to find a table in the corner (and I was the only one there so its not like they were super busy and couldnt clean off their tables). Also, the food didnt taste right this time. And one time they forgot my cream cheese ragoons in my drive through order. Didnt even realize it until I got down the road and noticed.

First of all I have had service there for the few times Ive been there but its more like the food didnt comply with the service. I tend to find and chewed on strange things in my foods mainly the rice. Today,as usual, I chewed on a tiny stone hiding in my rice and hurt my tooth. Just be very.careful on how you chew your food!!

The food is good and consistent with other PEs. Inside service is more than adequate. Do not go through the drive through. I thought my first 30 minute wait (for 4 cars in front of me) was surely an anomaly. My mistake for trying it again. Exceptionally and consistently slow. Go inside and get your food to go.

Drive thru was super slow and the food was old. I tried 2 plate the beef was by far the worst. Orange chicken was bad. Chow mein was like rubber and not cooked properly. I spent $25 lol and it didnt even come with. Honestly the best thing was the fortune cookie. Shogun is close to here and is sooo much better.

Ate here the night before leaving for a trip to Austin, ordered the beef and broccoli and there were 2 pieces of beef in the whole thing. That wasnt the worst part, I have been in my hotel room all day with food poisoning, throwing up, chills, the whole ordeal. Be careful eating here, I will never do so again.

Eat here fairly regularly but today the chicken portion in my angel fire chicken was extremely disappointing. Tons of pineapple and onions but only 7 small pieces of chicken in a DOUBLE portion order. I think Im done eating here. Just not worth it when theres that little chicken in a double entree order.

Food took about 5 minutes to prepare. I went through drive through, they had me pull around. Food was out in the stated 5 minutes, hot and freshly prepared. They chose to upgrade my drink size because of the wait. Ill wait 5 minutes any day to get hot food. Over good experience on my first visit.

Panda Express is good in terms of fast food quality chinese food. My review is actually based on how clean this location was. Probably the cleanest fast food restaurant Ive ever been in. I was very impressed.

Its Panda Express. Typically clean and fast. That said, I recommend you go in and order (not drive through) so you can make sure what you are ordering is as fresh as possible.

Great egg rolls & crab puffs. I definitely recommend the chicken dishes over the beef (it was chewy). The chow main noodles were under cooked.
