Great atmosphere, love the staff and the appetizers and rolls are awesome. Very fresh and innovative. Try the tempura jalapeno stuffed with crabmeat appetizer: guarantee you wont find anything like it around here. Love this place, so happy to see it busy on most nights. Many places have come and gone from this spot but looks like Sapporo is thriving.

We absolutely love this place! The food is great. The atmosphere is great. And the owner is seriously the hardest working restaurant owner i have ever seen. He is on the floor... helping with orders, taking dishes, conversing with patrons, doing everything from a busboy to an amazing manager. This place and owner are the best!

I have been trying to find Japanese food that has authentic flavor near me. This has become one of my favorites. I really love the oyakodon. Lots of chicken mixed with egg on top of rice. It tastes a lot like what I remember from 20 years ago. Something new to me is the spicy garlic edamame. Lots of flavor and so yummy!

Just got here from living in Japan and I will vouch that this is the best and most authentic Japanese cuisine that you will find on this side of Houston. Food and even drinks are well above average and theres an extensive menu that everyone can find to enjoy!

Deliciously fresh sushi! I came here on my birthday, and Im so glad I did. this is one of the ONLY PLACES that carries fatty tuna. We chose this place specifically because of that, actually. They have some pretty fantastic sake on their menu also!

This is the only Sushi place I have been too that not only has great fresh sushi, but also a nice wine selection! Being a wino, its a treat to have wine with every meal ;-). Also some very good fried rice. Service has always been fast and friendly.

Awesome. Best sushi around (and weve eaten our fair share). Pink lady and Christmas rolls are excellent. Sashimi is super fresh, cocktails are great and the gyoza is authentic as hell. Lucky to have it in our neck of the woodlands.

While the food is good and the place is nice, the lack of air conditioning in 100 degree heat is ridiculous! Heard several employees say that the boss didnt want to spend the money to get the A/C fixed.

The prices are reasonable and the service is pretty standard. The food is really good (though be warned- the "house" salad dressing is pretty terrible in my opinion) and the sushi is decent.
