Picked up my wife for lunch and noticed a Greek Cafe next door to her office and asked if her co-workers have talked about the food there to her and to no avail. I then Google and was drawn in to this place by the great reviews people left. We went in were greeted and taken to our seats. We order the beef & lamb gyro and my wife ordered the beef gyro. We then walked over to their bakery section and ordered two shortbread cookies one dipped in white chocolate and the other dipped in dark chocolate covered in sliced almonds. The food came in a timely order and fresh. The meats were fresh and flavorful and the veggies were fresh too, the sauce oh my the creamy white sauce was delicious. The shortbread cookies were amazing aswell. Our lunch was so good that we talked about coming back soon to try the other entrees. I love this place, the people that work here , the music they play and their food.

Ive eaten at this place twice and loved it. The food is very high quality and obviously homemade. You can tell by the taste they dont use any preservatives or artificial ingredients in their food. When youre eating there you get the sensation youre having something good for you too. They told me they cook with sea salt, olive oil, butter, and other whole ingredients. Its about as far from franchise food as you can get, and its also really reasonably priced for the quality youre getting. Refreshing. I might go as far as to say this is the best quality food Ive had in Houston since moving here last Feb. The people working here are also nice, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Both times Ive ordered the tomato soup and spanakopita because they are delicious. I had the baklava for dessert today and that was also really good. Their desserts look beautiful. Eat here!!!

This is a quaint little bakery that will transport you to Greece once you step inside. Immediately I was hit with the delicious aromas of baked goods and Greek spices. Its not a big, fancy place and Im pretty sure the owner is the one taking your order. I started with the hummus plate that came with delicious homemade pita chips. The hummus had a nice consistency and wasnt overly garlicky. The gyro had thin strips of meat and was topped with fresh veggies and creamy tzatziki sauce. Finished off my meal with a creamy lemon tart and a slice of baklava. Great meal for the price and its BYOB.

This place is a gem. You can tell the owners genuinely care about the customers and it extends to the staff. Such wonderful service! Ive never had the real food, but their cakes are on another level - the mango cake, whoa! The first ever blip weve had here was with the coconut cake we had today. To my taste, it was too sweet and tasted nothing like coconut. If youre an almond lover though youll probably enjoy it - intense almond flavor. I highly recommend the tiramisu, mango, raspberry, and Nutella cakes though. The mango especially is my familys favorite.

Excellent. I love originality and places where the owners are invested into their business (aka- they care) and this is just that. They work long and hard to deliver fresh, wholesome, quality food that is delicious and not found anywhere else. I appreciate all of the effort that goes into the recipes. I love that I can taste the different ingredients (that means I can tell its not from a mix). DELICIOUS desserts, too. And wonderful full-leaf tea options as well. I have not tried their coffee, but hear it is good. Wonderful place, wonderful people!

We visited the Euro Bakery on Saturday for the first time, and were greatly surprised! We were in the mood for something sweet, and ended up eating lunch. The pita chips were awesome. They are baked not fried. The humus was delicious, and the olives and feta are a must have! All of our meals were fresh and tasty. There was a large selection of house made desserts to choose from, and we chose the baklava to go. Ate it all when we got home. The service was also great. The Euro Bakery was a great find and we will definitely be back.

100 Percent BEST About my 10th time here. NEVER disappointed. NEVER. This Family run - YES FAMILY run place is perceptively wonderful. If you like natural ingredients, cooked beautifully and served in large portions. . . for virtually pennies, you will absolutely LOVE this Greek restaurant. Every time we have out of town guests, we have to go here. OH, did I mention the best homemade desserts - professionally done with highest quality ingredients. Great Super Bowl desserts! Order ahead . . . they go fast!

Do not listen to Kellie. Its her prejudice that makes society sad. This place is amazing, from the family atomsphere to the food. I love the gyro and pita chips it is just great. Also, the cakes are made with all organic ingredients and you can taste the difference. My husband and I order from Euro quite often now we are very happy with the level of service recieved and would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Who cares if the meat is halal? Is it hurting you?

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent owners. Do not listen to hateful people (reviewer, Kellie, below). This food is DELICIOUS, and the owners are very kind people. My favorite menu item is the Chicken & Broccoli soup. The pita chips are also very good. I love that it is a family business. I have a business on the same street, and send my own customers over there for lunch all the time. It is amazing. Keep doing what youre doing!

Been coming here for years with my husband and never been disappointed. We start out with the spanikotas as an appetizer, we share a gyros Greek salad, the Greek lasagne, and and a kebab with rice. For dessert we always get the white cookies that have the strawberry filing. I also love love the baklava. Superb fresh food. I love small family owned businesses. Its authentic and everyone so friendly. Also, love the tzieki sauce!!

Excellent food...excellent service!!! Dont listen to Kellie...The bakery is awesome...halal is just like Kosher...they follow the same ideas of the old testament. Kosher and Halal meat are much better for you without the nasty "blood" smell....all kosher and halal is to let the meat bleed...theres less chance of bacteria and other nasty things in the meat.

Dimitra and her family are just the kindest, most caring business owners you could ever meet. That alone brings so many of us back over and over again- but the food is consistently exceptional as well! Wholesome, flavorful, and fresh, plus the desserts are to die for! The Khan familys efforts cant go unnoticed! Check them out! Halal meat offered here!

My favorite bakery. They specialize in Greek pastries, but have SO MUCH more. Their restaurant has some lovely greek dishes, everything is delicious. The best iced or hot chocolate I have ever tasted, real Belgian chocolate! The two must taste desserts are the custard pie, the crust made like Baklava, and the Mango cake. OMG good!

Met friends for a lovely Sunday afternoon get together. We had the most delicious food with wonderful service. The Humus and pita chips were really outstanding; the spinach and cheese filled pastry was delicious as was the ground meat filled pastry. They serve a very interesting and delicious rice. I cannot wait to go back!
