I would give 5 stars but apparently this location doesnt allow the option to redeem through mobile app. There is no signage that this Sonic Drive-in doesnt use the mobile app. I had informed when ordering that I had a special for the mobile app. When my carhop came out by the Danielle, she apologized about the issues for this location not working correctly at redeeming the mobile app. I explained how I was gifted the purchase and wanted to take care of it to be done with it. She greatly understood and gave the meal for free to me and my son. For this I have given 4 stars for exceptional customer service. I will be visiting Sonic more I. The future. Thanks Danielle!

Went today trying to order with coupons used two then i tried to use my third ond and the guy says i cant cause limit is three per order so i say well ill do a seperate order his response is o my god really. Im like ill talk to a manger his response is like ill okay what else can i do im like no i want a manager now. The gentleman comes out he says he the manager so while complaining he says im the one that taking orders okay so when do managers say omg really. Very unhappy then when the food comes out its cold so i call them n say can i get another one bam they were right there with it like they planned that. Smh.

I personally love this sonic. The food is like any other sonic but the service is great. All of the carhops I have had are really nice. The one time they messed my order up (I go here a lot) the manager took care of it quickly and was cool about it. Also one day I forgot my wallet and I started panicking thinking I would either have to be really late for work or go to work without eating, I am not sure if they saw this or not but they ended up giving me my order for free and said not to worry about it. Either way that was really nice of them and although it was a small $3 order it really made my day.

Rude waitstaff even though there were only a handful of cars present. Pressed button 3 times on 2 different stations and was not responded to. When you press the button a message pops up saying something like "please wait well be right with you" which I have no problem. My problem lies in the fact that when that message disappears, a car hop is supposed to speak and take your order. That didnt happen, 6 DIFFERENT TIMES. The message would away and there would be no response from the staff. Unacceptable, youd get better service from the decaying corpse.

This Sonic location has the WORST customer service. Every time I come here for a drink it somehow takes 15 minutes on average to get my order. The staff can be rude when there is a rush, and the drinks are made with fruit "chunks" that are bigger than chunks and wont fit through the straw and sit helplessly at the bottom of my cup. Thank you Sonic. Thank you for sad fruits at the bottom of my cup.

So, the kid over the speaker was, bottom line, rude. We ordered two ice creams. One custard (butterfinger) and one Master Blast. Not only did we recieve a butterfinger blast in size medium, not size small, but the master blast also had random upcharges which created a treat that was completely not what I asked for. Honestly, terrible service and genuine lack of concern for customers.

Sonic, (at least Austin owned ones), you have become ridiculous. $5.87 for a six inch chili cheese coney, medium tots, and medium drink. $6.35 after tax. No thank you. I wont be purchasing anything else from here. And they dont bother to change their menus, nor do the honor the current menu price.

They sometimes take forever to bring you your order. Theyve gotten my drinks wrong so many times. Also the "pay with card" button on the touch screen never works and i hate it because im always in a hurry and have to wait until they go all they way inside to swipe my card. Ugh

Sonic Drive-In is a great place for a quick meal or snack. My family took advantage of the $5.00 chicken strip meal. It even included a small drink. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The server was very courteous. I would gladly go again soon.

I lived in San Marcos for a year and a half and we to this Sonic frequently. Its Sonic as it should be. Ive only had the occasional minor error with my order, such as not removing tomato from a burger. Any complain when the food and speed is good!

A typical sonic. The workers were a little curt and trying to move extra quick even though they werent that busy. This isnt my normal sonic, but it was just as good. Hard to mess up at sonic.
