This is my go-to place when I am too busy to cook. I have ordered delivery twice from this location; so far, so good! It takes 30 minutes or less for the food to get delivered to our home and both times I ordered, the delivery people were nice and friendly. Everything is packed well. No spills at all, very impressive considering there is soup. The food have a fair amount of serving. I first ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. I had a different type of lobster sauce in mind, so it did not really reach my expectation, but it was still tasty. I ordered sesame chicken for the kids, and they loved it. The second time I ordered, I tried the korean chap chae which was delicious, but too greasy. The crispy noodles is very good too; only .75c a small pack. I also ordered walnut shrimp, it was saucey with vegetables, I am not a fan and would prefer Panda Express honey walnut shrimp. My daughter hates seafood, but she loves their fried calamari! The only thing I dislike is that since they use plastic containers for food delivery you could see how greasy/oily the food are, but overall I would recommend the food! My bill is usually around $30-$40 (delivery) tip included. UPDATE: I was finally able to dine in at this location for the first time. Very big and spacious. Cashiers and servers were friendly and corteous. Food is served within 5 minutes. I ordered the daily lunch menu which was Mongolian Beef at the time (Monday) that includes an egg roll and soup bar while my husband ordered the pepper steak. Food/serving is abundant, but sorry to say that everything we ordered were salty except for the kids meal chicken nuggets with fries. The sauce on the food are almost identical in flavor although they are different entreés. To sum it up, this place is quantity over quality :( but I would rather eat here for $10 than in Mcdonalds.

My experience was HORRIBLE. Please never go here!! I was cussed at by a manager named Ruben. I ordered something to go from this location and when i drove home (30 minutes away) I noticed that part of my order was wrong. I then called the manager to bring this to his attention because this was about the 5th time they have messed up. He then offered me a free meal. 1 minute later he called my phone back and proceeded to tell me that I SHOULD have checked my order. After I let him know how far I drove and that I would go to another location next time he said thats fine, it didnt make a difference to him. I drove back to show him the order and let him know that it was unprofessional of him to call me back treat me like that. He began calling a name that rhymes with witch and called me a stupid f-in idiot. Ruben needs to go back to management training. With the economy the way it is, businesses number one focus should be on customer service.

Ordered delivery from this location to our home less than two miles away. After an hour, we called and were told that the restaurant was backed up but our food was on its way. We called again at the hour and a half mark, and he said the driver was walking out the door with it and they would call when it was coming. After two hours, we finally received a call (perhaps from the driver ) telling us they were almost there. Five minutes later we finally received our meal, which was not even remotely warm. I called to talk to the manager and request a refund , only to be offered our next meal free. Naturally , this wasnt an acceptable offer as our first experience was so negative we had absolutely no interest in dining here again. After some back and forth with the manager, he finally agreed to give us a refund, explaining that it often takes a few days for the funds to be returned. That was months ago...guess what? Still waiting.

I went there and ordered take out. I drove home and noticed my order was wrong, drove back, told them my order was messed up. They apologized, and they corrected my order. I drove back home, and when I opened it up I noticed my order was wrong again, drove back. They apologized again, fixed my order again. I made sure this time. I drove back home. Finally after over an hour and a half of driving there, ordering, waiting, driving home, driving back, ordering, waiting, driving home, driving back, ordering, waiting, driving home. I finally get to sit down and eat. by now I was starving but, the food was not really that good. Especially considering all the hassle. In my opinion there are other restaurants near by that are considerably better.

I have been here before and the food is just OK. Tonight I called to order some take out and wanted to use a coupon I found online. I explained to the girl I found it on my iPhone and could not print it as it said to do. She said it had to be printed. I explained I could bring it up on my phone when I picked it up. No it has to be printed. So not only did they lose my business for being stubborn and incapable of adapting to technology but also because they want me to create mire trash just so I can hand them a piece of paper. First place I have come across that wont honor a coupon just because I have it on my phone and not on paper. Thats weak.

My neighbors and I were regulars at this location. I called for an order of four entrees and was told they are "maxed out on delivery". I asked if I can pick up as delivery was unavailable while using a coupon for the fourth entree free. She stated that coupon was for delivery. I stated I want delivery but they cant provide it. I asked her to check with a manager if they could honor this coupon as I was willing to pick up our order and I was told no. Its unfortunate they could not meet customers half way, despite their inability to offer delivery service. Needless to say we wont be going back or recommending them.

We got takeout - Wife and I moved to this side of town. Thought we would give them a try. Should have just gone elsewhere. The food honestly was not that expensive. Ive had better Chinese takeout that is more expensive but the food, really no other way to describe it, was just crappy. Rice seemed under cooked, sauce was bland, my wifes dish was just flat sucked. I think we were both really hungry and its why we got through the food. I honestly dont know why this place is still there. Ill be surprised if they are still here in another 6-12 months. Just go elsewhere, you are not missing out on anything.

We thought wed try a new place and were so disappointed. Hubbys Kung Pao tasted like ketchup and bbq sauce, my Almond Chicken had maybe 5 slivers of almond (even the waitress mistook it for a different plate) and it seemed like it came from a can. Greasy food, dirty tables and grumpy old lady at the register didnt help. Waitresses were nice, but leggings & t-shirts? For me to take the time to write a review, it was pretty bad... and Im usually positive and optimistic!
