If I could give this review no stars I would Lets start off by us sitting down and waiting for our server She walks up doesnt tell us her name(which we read from her name tag was VANESSA) or anything just puts down the menus and says what can I get yall to drink in a monotone voice We told her what we wanted and then she brought back the drinks and then left again Was gone about 5mins and came back to take our food order and when my husband said he wanted extra bacon and 1 additional egg with his pancake combo$7.99 (2 pancakes , bacon , a sausage pattie and eggs) she said its gonna be 4+dollars extra for bacon and $2 for the one egg so he decided to order his entire meal again to cut the cost She then put in the order and remind you we ordered breakfast food and it came out 15mins later-(after watching it sit in the window while she lollygagged around) When the food arrived the pancakes were burned , and the bacon and eggs We sent those back then he bit into the sausage and it was still PINK inside I was so outraged I said I didnt want any food and I was leaving and so did my husband When we left my husband was courteous enough to let her know and shes like ok and hollers back "they said they didnt want the food " it was always "they said " or "she said " with everything So avoid this place by all means they serve undercooked food and have horrible customer service We went around 10:30pm on Thursday 9-14-17 Will never return

Came to eat here last night (Oct 29). Hardly no one in the restaurant. I ordered my food, asked for the $ for a side of pancakes, too expensive, so i asked if a side of potatoes would be as expensive. Waitress said no. Ok, so i ordered breakfast, stupid me for assuming she would know i wanted breakfast potatoes and not mashed potatoes!!!! She brought our breakfast plates, which again Im assuming they were just made being we were some of the few people in the restaurant at the time. Nope, food came out cold. And she brought me mashed potatoes with my breakfast plate!! Usually i would give it 5 stars because its always good, except for last night

Iron skillet is worst we have ever eatin at. The salad bar was a mess. Empty bowls had not been tended to in who knows how long. Veges mixed with other things dressings very low in containers. Soup pot was emtpy and crusted up. Server say they were out of soup didnt know if they were putting any more fresh out. Waited 15 min to be acknowledged by server. Then server did not return we had to go get our own check. Petro was ok. Restraurant is different story..

$9.49 breakfast buffet plus coffee on Tuesday came to over $12 plus tip. Decent food and lots of bacon and sausage out. They have an omelette bar, though I didnt get one. Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, potatoes, and a fajita section (didnt try). Pleasant folks to deal with. Id eat there again. (Guy next to me had problems with his order and they recooked it without question.)

The food was great and the service was friendly. They have a nice selection for the buffet and salad bar. The made to order omlette was impressive. They had something for everyone in our group of 11. They also have screens posted up that notofy you when it is your turn to use the shower. Overall it was exactly what youd hope of a good ol southern experience.

WAITRESS GRABBED ICE FROM ICE BOX N PUT IN DRINKS BARE HANDS disgusting this morning went to get a menu looked over and the lady was bare hands grabbed two drinks put her hands to open the box then grabbed the ice with bare hands and put in theyre cups. Decided to skip breakfast!! Totally unacceptable ! Thats nasty unhealthy and poor people who didnt see that.

Good was better than OK, not best, but Ive definitely have had worse. I had chicken fried steak with home fries and Im glad gravy had seasoning to it and not just a white glob on to of my chicken fried steak, also home fries were good as well. Raspberry lemonade was on point and super good and refreshing.

Located in the Petro Truck Stop, the menu offers quite a few choices. I opted for the hamburger steak which was cooked as I requested. The salad bar was also good with a good variety. Its all a bit overpriced as they primarily cater to the truckers here for rest breaks. Service was adequate.

I rate it average. Been here a few days. The buffet had the same thing on it from the day before. The restaurant is clean and decorated nice. Everyone was friendly. Been here now 3 days, still average for the food. Place is keep clean.

Breakfast buffet was OK . Server was very nice. But ate at Angola In. Food sucks. How do you burn French toast on one side raw inside. Sent it back and got pancakes. You could squeeze the grease out like a sponge. Walked out. Wont be back!

The food was fair the coffee was delicious fresh and hot! The dining room was clean floors as well.the most enjoyable part was our server. She was professional & attentive , but not pushy(she poured a mean cup of coffee) lol

Great food great service staff was very friendly. Much needed at the end of the day. This location is a all time favorite to stop. Been stopping in to shower and a hot meal for over 20 years. Look forward to the next time!

Came in for breakfast buffet very spares biscuits no gravey but they have fried fish who puts fried fish on a breakfast buffet. The server Phillies is very nice all the employees make it worth your while.
