went to GG tonight for supper. The AC was out in the building. It has been out for 1 month the hostess told us! IT was hot and the fans werent even spinning. Then we prepared our bowl of food. They brought us our food. It had a burned hard rubbery egg and our scallop s and chicken were burned as well that it was tough to chew. It wasnt good at all. The mgr came to ask us about our food. Told him it was burned and didnt taste good. The mgr said he would do something for us. Did I want another egg cooked.. what? I wanted a free glass of tea bc I was hot and I wanted another bowl of food that isnt burned..well didnt get anything free and he ignored us the rest of the evening. As we were paying our tab the lady next to me told me her food was burned and it looked bad too. So dont go to GG bc its hot and the food is burned..

Tonights service was the worst Ive ever had. I couldnt find my waitress 90%of the time. My youngest ordered a prepared meal from the kids menu and he was the absolute last one to get his food. I was the last one to go through the line and even I got my food almost 10 minutes before he did. Then my husband got the large bowl which is supposed to come with 3 starches so he got ride, noodles and tortillas. We never received the tortillas. The only saving grace tonight was that the cooks were doing great. The food was awesome.

this place was terrible... the moment I walked in it smelled really bad. as I was going up to make my bowl, the fish smelled awful and not healthy at all. I got my food and half way through, I found a short and curly hair in my food. it was absolutely disgusting and I would recommend to never EVER go here. Ive been to the one in firewheel and it is much better. go there instead of here... this place sucked

Go in and get seated, then pick a bowl size and fill it up with whatever meats, seasonings, veggies, sauces, and type of rice/noodle then they will bring it to your table. Its good food and bowls are big enough to share. The servers arent always great but good overall place to eat! Got a nice patio too.

Ive eaten at several Ghengis Grills, and this one (Rockwall location) is the BEST by a long shot! The staff is always very attentive, but not overbearing. For a casual dining spot, its pretty clean. The food is fresh, and is always cooked perfectly. Its worth a two-hour round trip to eat here!

Food is really good. BUT its really annoying how every time me and my husband go, the process/line is different, so every time we go its like we are at a new restaurant, prices went up also. Love the food, just wish yalld find a process that works and keep it that way.

Wish the shrimp was an everyday thing. The new CEO switched the fresh made mac and cheese for kids to 60 cent bowl of that crappy mac n cheese u can buy in a box and still charged $6 for it. See this place going downhill. Sucks but it was good when it first opened.

If you are in the mood for something Mongolian and fun, this is the spot. Make your own bowl and let them cook it to your delight. This spot is fairly spacious although not as spacious as a server restaurant might be. Its definitely an experience.

Food is good but the selection is starting to dwindle down to the cheaper proteins. The "all you can eat" pricing is a joke. Youve gotta buy airline tickets to find more fine print. Wont be going back. Service was borderline rude.

Little on the expensive side, but you can get a limitless bowl if youre so inclined. Too bad it will take them 5 minutes to get your second bowl ready, too much time for your food to settle and hunger to leave!

They didnt have knives, they didnt have brunch menu(when its clearly posted on the door), and they didnt have the drinks we wanted(coronarita). 1/10 pass on this one.
