Unfortunately from the moment we walked in there was this fowl smell but it was raining hard outside and I had no choice as I rode with a coworker. This place was not clean at all! The floor was super slick to where even when I was standing still my feet were spreading apart. The cashier that took our order was not friendly at all, then got her coworker confused on our 3 orders where he got upset at us and was kind of slamming things down. The food was not good. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil and then the mashed potatoes, although instant, were quite runny so it was disgusting. The biscuit was dry even with honey. The only good thing about it was that they had Pepsi.

The guy named Jacob working the drive thru is horrendous..on two or more occasions he has not got our orders correct, and honestly seems as if hes either high, or really dumb, he will continually repeat your order(getting it wrong) and does not seem to realize that he has no customer service skills, I literally repeated myself so much that I thought he was kidding, but once I got to the window and realized even my drink order was wrong I realized hes an idiot...if you can go to a different KFC.

The place seems run down now. The service is okay. They are not the quickest, but usually Im not in a hurry here. They had some kind of water issue recently, but there seems to be some lingering issues from it. On my last visit, there was some visible rotted wood by the front counter and some standing water by some seating. After eating some, it seems the chicken was fully done. It is not sitting well with us. I never eat inside anymore because they place doesnt seem clean.

The only thing I can say good is that the food was hot and it didnt take long (once I was FINALLY able to order) Customer service was horrible. I actually had to call the manager from the back to take my order and it was during lunch. My order was simple but they made it wrong. Besides that, the mashed potatoes were watery - almost like soup. It wasnt worth calling to the back a second time. They wont see a dime from me again!

Seemed understaffed & stressed. Same individual that took my order, packed it as well. Took about 10 mins to go through the drive through, but the food was good. The sauce from the Chicken Little went every when I unwrapped the sandwich. Unfortunately, I was never given any napkins & the car before me had to get the employees attention to get plasticware. Employee was pleasant and apologetic nonetheless.

This location is not well kept. Its dirty, unorganized, and was an uncomfortable visit. The food was below average, and some of the food tasted as if it was reheated. Even the soft drinks tasted poorly. Disappointing experience as I remember KFC with a much higher regard. Hate to see what the kitchen area looks like. Remodel, clean it up, and serve fresh food.

Crack heads in the dinning area making drug deals on the KFC company phone LOUDLY while were eating. Pacing back and forth scaring the kids we had with us. Cole Slaw smelled like it was spoiled. Biscuits burned. Never coming back. Just a trashy KFC. The only thing nice were the employees. Kind folk and service was very good.

Man if I could have given this place 0 Stars I would ask this place is disgusting they act like they couldnt understand anything I was saying the guy at the drive-thru was annoying and screwed up my order badly like literally 95% of my order was wrong and they act like they dont know how to answer the damn phone.

I too had issues with the drive thru guy Jacob. He didnt get my order correct on more than one occasion and he kept repeating my order and getting it wrong. I really feel like he was high or just plain dumb but either way he should not be doing drive thru or register. Cleaning floors and bathrooms maybe?

Place is dirty and the staff is terrible. Stay away people. Seats, store, and even the floor is dirty. Like walking in a dirty sweat swop with sticky floors. Lady at the counter was more interested in her friends that came to drop off food than keeping the store clean.

Everything. From employees too service of food. There only present for paycheck. Owner . Get this place in order. You carry the KFC sign.... clean house now.. or you dont care.. never eat there again. And word of mouth goes far... unsatisfied completely..

I normally go to KFC 3 times a year average. Yet every time i go here the service is very slow. I could not put in words how bad the service really is. You would have to find out for your self! The Manager Frank is very rude and does not want to assist you.

Long wait, slow response by the workers. Soda machine not dispensing ice had to have cup filled by employee from ice machine at the drive-up window. No carbonated water in soda machine. Still long wait for food. Food is okay, however service is not.

Employees during last shift before closing are lazy. I was there 9:15 PM and they already closing the place down early. There still over an hour left and they wouldnt take order over the drive thru.

Fed my teenage son and his friends...they loved it...excellent quality food as always...but the restaurant was SOOO dingy and SOOO dirty...very unappetizing. Staff was extremely friendly...

GOOD MANAGEMENT. MANAGER IS ALWAYS STRIKING UP CONVO AND ASKING IF IM OK WITH THE FOOD. ALTHOUGH THEY SHOULD INSPECT WHAT THEY GIVE OUT FIRST. WEVE HAS SOME REALLY SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN.

This location is in my backyard. My wife ask for kfc last week and we went to another location. This location is very inconsistent and sometimes I feel like they lost the recipe.

Worst kfc ever!!!!!! Got home to wing size legs and wings, breast ( I didnt go to wing stop) to $21 dollars for a family meal. Will never go there again!!!!!!!!
