First and foremost, I worked there in the past, however I am using an alias. This establishment is a complete disappointment. The owner is rude and doesnt ask for you to come in, he tells you and the workers talk about each other and the customers. I was very uncomfortable. I have been waiting to leave this review for a while. The owner/boss is barely there and has terrible customer service. This shop does not deserve the credit it gets. The workers complain it was an overall bad experience. I wouldnt recommend anyone working there or eating there. They are always hiring because people are always coming and going. DONT GO OR WORK THERE.

So why am I completely ignored when I walk up to the register to place an order? I stood there for about 2 minutes and she didnt even look at me. She lets another set of people walk up and give there order at another register. Then when I ask "Are you taking orders? She doesnt even make eye contact with to respond. She says I am putting in an order but Im not taking orders. This person is a supervisor type person. Everyone is looking to her for answers. Then this this Caucasian gentleman walks in. She is all smiles and joviality with him. So my thought now is. You dont want to serve the African American?

I recently went there for a to-go order and the service was terrible!!! They just looked at me and either didnt say anything or gave a half-effort "Welcome to Firehouse" This was my first time there and as I looked at the menu the man, who I later learned was the owner and a woman who ran the register didnt ask me anything. Their professionalism and customer service was awful , but I decided to give them a shot. When I got my food, the sandwich had fallen apart because it was so soggy. They say they drain the meat, but that was a lie. I will not be back ever. They dont even deserve an A for effort. Sad

Food was delicious but the inconsistency with the price of the food couldnt be explained by the cashier. We were charged $.60 more for each kid combo than what is listed on the menu and the person I asked just said "I dont know." Wouldnt give us the money back. We wont be back. Sad to say since the sandwiches are good.

Excellent service. Great food. The person there was very nice and she even helped me immediately with the Coca-Cola remix fountain drink machine that seemed to be having a problem. Ill be back for sure.

Front receptionist wasnt too friendly and seemed annoyed. Its been a while since i was there and forgot what was on the menu that i liked. The sandwich ladies were great though. Great sub!

I eat there only if I have to, sandwiches are nothing special. Actually the are a bit expensive for what you get. This location is new and the employees are nice but move slow.
