My wife tried convincing me for weeks before I finally had my first opportunity to visit inspirations! She carried on and on, raving about how fresh and authentic the coffee tasted, how amazing the desserts were, how much the kids enjoyed being there, and how the staff treated them all like family.. When I first walked in, Tim, the owner came from around the counter. He greeted all of my kids with high-fives calling them each by name. After introducing himself to me, he proceeded to call out my wifes "usual" before she had the chance to make her request. Then, Tims wife, and co-co-owner Kwandi came out of the kitchen area and greeted everyone with hugs.. If THAT wasnt enough of a surprise... I was stunned to find that this is how they greeted the next 4 customers who came in during our stay. I must say, Inspirations Coffeehouse is Quite the Hidden Gem!! Located Dead-Center (literally, according to longitude and latitude, they are the cornerstone of Town), this is a MUST SEE! Whenever Friends and Family visit, stopping by Inspirations is ALWAYS in the Itinerary!

Was trying to find a suitable meet up spot for a project meeting, and was surprised to find an old school coffee house. Great caramel macchiato and homestyle breakfast burrito. Seems like a great alternative to Starbucks and much more peaceful!

I cant say enough about how wonderful this place is. The food and drink selections are awesome and the customer service that is provided are second to none. Certainly, Inspirations Coffee House is tops in Princeton.
