Our waitress named Bella made our experience horrible. She has a rude attitude, and no kind of "Hi how are you guys doing today. Im Bella and Ill be your waitress?" When we got our plates and my husband cut open his eggs over easy and they were RAW and she told us that over easy and over light are the same thing and that they were supposed to be raw (keep in mind that we always go to Waffle House when we get the chance), She Never asked if we needed a refill on our drinks and my husband and I sat there waiting. Then she came while we were still eating and asked if we were done eating like " Noo!" We felt rushed the entire time. On the upside the Table washer was very respectful and nice even though my daughter made a mess so I left the table cleaner girl the tip.

Worst Waffle House Ive been to in years. I was waiting for someone to come to the to go spot so I can place an order but everyone just looked at me and kept walking. I understand they were busy, however when Ive been standing there for over 10 minutes and the waitress takes her guest payment (mind you she had to reach behind me) processes it then walk away just showed me how rude she was and how irrelevant I was. I dont get to go to Waffle House often since we dont have one in college station so this just messed my late night hungry visit.

Was there on March 30 2917 at 9am to 10 am waiting on my food which never came. The waitress was nice the cooks were confused the manager woman was hollering at her staff and making a mockery of them. I waited an hour no food and no apologies from the manager. Service was horrible. I will report this place if business. It was dirty and unprofessional.

Food was great. I ate in store on twin city hwy tonight and the cooks name was Angeline. She prepared my food to perfection. My servers name was Angel She was very professional and both have work ethic that shouldnt go unnoticed I would recommend eating here to anyone looking for delicious food and a family atmosphere.

This visit was during the after math of Hurricane Harvey. They had no A/C, limited menu and no clean tables at 8:45pm. Had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Because they were one of the only restaurants open at the time and were busy they get 3 stars for the good food.

Ive been here various times now and the only thing I can complain about is tge days when they dont have a greeter or someone who seats the customers. Everything else is perfect. One of tge better restaurants to eat at at any time of the day in port Arthur.
